"Master! Master! I have a message for you!"
"What is it, Zao?"
The meager servant leaned over with a fan in hand to spill the contents of the message to his Master. The man's eyes widened.
"Send out the letters. The annual family meeting will commence today."

In a large room covered with wooden floors and littered with pillows for the incoming guests. A clan gathered, its many members quickly filling up the space.
Some wore perplexed expressions while others kept a plain face. It wasn't common practice to be so suddenly called on, after all.
Sitting at the very front of the room was the clan leader with his sons sitting a little ways behind him. "Welcome everyone to our annual clan meeting!"
"Naobito, it is hardly time for our annual meeting. I assume this is an emergency since you've summoned us before time." One of the clan members spoke out, a tall and slim elderly man with a Roman nose and long, black hair slicked back into a high ponytail. His name is Ogi, Ogi Zenin.
"Quite right, brother." Naobito agreed. "It was brought to my attention that the cursed Tsuji's opt to make an alliance with another clan."
"This is the emergency. This is hardly news." Another clan member spoke out. This time, it was a much younger man by the name of Jinichi Zenin. He was a muscular man who wore a black yukata with wild spikey hair, thick eyebrows with somewhat small eyes, and an X shaped scar on his forehead.
"I agree, I mean, who cares if they make an alliance with some other clan. They'll pose no threat. That clan is probably just as weak as they are." Jinichi's younger brother and the clan rebel, Toji, added.
"That's just it. The clan isn't weak. it's quite the contrary. It's the Gojo clan." Naobito informed, and the room was enveloped in silence before it broiled into a fit of murmurs and concerns.
