Dhara's Pov

I opened my eyes and found myself in an unfamiliar environment. I tried to get up but felt a sharp pain in my shoulder. Ignoring the pain I tried to get up once again and this time I succeeded.

"Where is my sword?" I thought to myself.

Not being able to find my sword I decided to go to the last place that I remembered - the forest.

I was about to open the door but hearing the door being opened I hid myself.

The woman from earlier came into my view holding a utensil filled with water.  She was shocked to see the room empty and quickly rushed out. I silently went behind her.

"She's not there!" I heard her shouting while rigorously banging on the door.

"Siya, are you okay? What's wrong?" Rudra panicked seeing Siya so haggard.

"Oh so her name is Siya!" I thought to myself.

A second later Kaal came into view holding my sword.

"She is not there!" Siya stated but this time her gaze was fixated completely on Kaal.

Kaal sheathed my sword and keeping it aside ran off most probably to my room followed by Rudra and Siya.

I, then, went inside the room and retrieved my sword.

"I was so worried about you!" I said while holding my sword near my chest.

I decided to go to the forest to look for some clues about the sudden appearance of those black shadows and if the person I saw yesterday was Daitya or not.

Kaal's Pov

Yesterday night when I saw Siya I was stunned. Siya is one of the people I actually care about and seeing her here made my blood go cold.

I still remember how she saved me on that day at Kaali Ghat. If not for her I would have been dead long ago. At that time I promised myself that I would protect her at any cost. Since then I have been protecting her sometimes behind the shadows and sometimes in front of her.

She always ties the Raksha Sutra around my wrist whenever I go out. But this time I went out without letting her know and here she was.

She is like family to me and whenever she is around all I do is not let anything past me that can hurt her in any way.

Yesterday when I saw Dhara holding her blade against Siya's neck I couldn't stop myself from pushing her aside. But by the time I could go to her, there was an attack. I was so engrossed while checking for any wounds on Siya's body that I forgot about the attack. It wasn't until I saw a barrier around us that I came to my senses.

Dhara and Rudra were continuously swinging their blades while I was using my body as a shield for Siya. Even though I have taught her how to fight that's not enough for her to fight against such beings.

I was so engrossed in fighting that I didn't even realise that one of those creatures was taking away Siya until I saw Dhara rushing towards another direction.

I then saw Dhara fighting against that creature and the very next second I saw another one about to attack Siya again. My blood boiled with anger and I ran towards her but before I could do anything the attack was launched but Dhara came in between and took the blow. Siya fell just behind Dhara. I ran towards them and took Siya in my arms checking for any injuries.  Rudra came running towards us and sat on the other side of Siya asking her if she was okay or not.

With the corner of my eyes, I saw Dhara slowly getting up and a lone tear escaping her eyes.

"She is crying?" I thought to myself.
