Adele's POV :

Time had a way of slipping through my

fingers. It felt like just yesterday when

Hope was a tiny, delicate bundle in our

arms, but now she was a spirited

three-year-old, full of energy and

curiosity. Every day with her was a new

adventure, and watching her grow had

been the most incredible experience of

my life.

But as much as I adored being a mother,

I couldn't ignore the fact that something

else had been growing inside me too-a

deep, insistent need to make things more

official with Alice. We were madly in

love, there was no doubt about that. We

had been through so much together, and

every challenge had only strengthened

our bond. But I wanted more.

I wanted Alice's name on my ID card. I

wanted my name on hers. I wanted the

world to recognize what we already

knew-we belonged together, forever.

The thought had been swirling in my

mind for months, growing stronger with

each passing day. It wasn't just about the

legalities; it was about declaring to the

world-and to each other-that this was

it. That we were it. I knew Alice felt the

So I began planning, quietly and

carefully, making sure every detail was

just right. I wanted the proposal to be a

our future. I knew it had to be something
