The early morning sun cast a golden hue over the lake, its surface shimmering with a soft inviting glow. I woke up feeling lighter, the conversation with Hayden from from last night was still fresh in my mind. Deciding to take an early swim before anyone else woke up, I slipped out of the cabin and headed towards the lake.

Once I reached the shore, I quickly stripped off my clothes. I left my pink lacey bra and panties on. I felt the cool morning air against my skin. I waded into the water shivering slightly as the coolness enveloped me, but soon I was swimming, enjoying the freedom and tranquility of the moment.

Unknowingly to me, Hayden had woken up and followed me out, curious about where I had gone. As he approached the lake, he stopped in his tracks, his eyes widened when he saw my trail of clothes.

"Lily?" He called out, his voice a mix of surprise and amusement.

I gasped and quickly turned around. I kneeled in the lake where he couldn't see me. "Hayden! What are you doing here?"

He grinned, trying to keep his eyes on my face. "I was wondering where you went. Didn't expect to find you...like this."

"What? With me in my bra and panties? Can you turn around so I can get out?"

Hayden chuckled but didn't move. Instead, he started taking off his shirt. "Actually, how about I join you?"

My eyes widened in surprise. What? No, you don't have to—"

But before I could finish, he was slipping off his sweatpants. All he left on was his briefs. "It's only fair, right? You got to enjoy the water. Why shouldn't I?"

I felt a mix of nervousness as he waded into the water. Hayden swam closer to me, the water reaching to his chest.

We floated together in the lake, the cool water lapping gently against our skin. The initial awkwardness quickly faded, replaced by a sense of freedom and connection.

"This is nice," Hayden said, his voice soft. "Peaceful."

I nodded, feeling a warmth spread through me that had nothing to do with the sun. "Yeah, it is."

Hayden swam even closer, his eyes meeting mine. "Last night you asked if this was just the deal or not." His gaze fixated on me. I looked at him. "I'll give you the real answer and not the shit answer."

My heart pounded. "Okay?"

He reached out, gently brushing a strand of wet hair from my face. "Everything is real. Every moment feels real."

I felt a surge of emotion and leaned in, closing the distance between us. Our lips met in a tender kiss. A perfect reflection of the feeling had been holding back. Hayden's arms slid to my waist pulling me closer as the kiss deepened.

Hayden's tongue darted past my mouth and I moaned in his mouth. My hands wrapped around his neck and entangled with his hair. He moans softly as the kiss continues to deepen.

As our lips parted, I felt his warm breath on my skin, and he began to trail soft kisses along my jawline. My breath hitched as his lips found their way to my neck, sending shivers down my spine. He kissed the sensitive spot just below my ear and I couldn't help but let out a soft moan of pleasure.

"Hayden," I whispered, my voice barely audible over the sound of the water.

He pulled back slightly, his eyes searching mine for any hesitation. When he saw none, he leaned in again, pressing his lips to my neck with a mixture of tenderness and intensity that made my heart race. His hand pulled my bra straps down, just barely and his lips met my shoulders. Each kiss ignited a fire within me.

I tilted my head back, giving him better access as he continued to kiss my neck and shoulders. Each kiss sent waves of pleasure through me, and I gripped my arms around his shoulders, holding him close.

"Lily," He murmured against my skin, his voice thick with emotion. "You have no idea how much you mean to me."

I felt a surge of affection and desire for him, my body responding to his every touch. "You mean a lot to me too, Hayden," I whispered.

We stayed in the water for a while longer, enjoying the quiet intimacy of the moment. Eventually, we made it made our way back to the shore, where we dressed and returned to our cabin.

After our swim, we returned to the cabin and made some coffee. We sat on the porch, enjoying the view and quiet morning.

"So," Hayden began, breaking the comfortable silence. "About last night...and this morning. I'm glad we talked, and well, swam."

I nodded, taking a sip of my coffee. "Me too. It felt good to be honest about how I feel."

Hayden looked at me, his eyes filled with sincerity. "Lily, I meant what I said. I want to explore whatever this is between us."

I smiled, feeling a warmth spread through me. "I do too, Hayden. I want to see where this can go."

He reached out and took my hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. "We'll figure it out together."

I squeezed his hand back feeling a sense of reassurance. Yeah, we will."

We sat there, holding hands and enjoying the peaceful morning. The uncertainty of the future didn't seem so daunting anymore, not as long as we faced it together.
