❄️Author's POV❄️

The blush that had started on her cheeks spread across her face and with a small nervous giggle she pulled away from him.....

Turning quickly she started to run again and now her heart pounding even faster than before.....

Ashwin still caught in the joy of the moment blinked in surprise as she slipped out of his grasp....

But then with an equally playful grin he again chased her once more with his laughter mixing with hers as they ran through the soft grass.....

She glanced over her shoulder to see him grinning widely and his eyes twinkling with that familiar mischief that always made her heart skip a beat....

She didn't get far before she felt his hand close around her and this time not on her dupatta instead around her waist....

When he caught hold of her delicate waist he wound his arms around her waist and pulled her back toward him with a little more force than before.....

Sivaangi's heart leaped into her throat as she felt herself being drawn into his embrace once more and her back once again colliding with his chest but this time his hands were directly resting on her waist and not shoulders....

Ashwin adjusted his arms around her waist more securely and held her close making Sivaangi gasp....

she found herself pressed even more closely to him than before...

He hesitated for just a moment before leaning down slightly and his breath tickled the delicate skin of her neck...

He slowly almost adoringly pushed her hair to one side which exposed the smooth curve of her neck.....

Sivaangi could sense him moving behind her and her breath caught in her throat as she felt his fingers brush against her skin.....

A warmth spread from the spot where he touched her and she closed her eyes with her heart fluttering in anticipation....

Ashwin placed his lips just above her neck for a heartbeat before he placed a quick kiss on her bare skin.....

She felt this sensation was electric more like a jolt of lightning coursed through her body making her gasp softly and her toes curled involuntarily at the intensity of the feeling.....

Ashwin could feel her reaction.... the way her body tensed and then relaxed in his arms... this made his heart swell with an emotion he could barely contain....

But before he could say anything Sivaangi pulled away slightly turning around to face him.....
As their eyes met he saw the blush that had spread across her cheeks painting them a soft shade of pink....

She looked up at him with her doe-like eyes wide and her gaze filled with a mixture of surprise and something deeper that made his breath catch.....

Ashwin couldn't help the smile that spread across his face.... a smile that spoke of his complete and utter enchantment with her...

The way he looked at her with such unguarded adoration made Sivaangi's blush deepen and she found herself unable to hold his gaze for long....

But before she could look away Ashwin took a step forward his hands gently closing around hers....

With a gentle tug he pulled her closer causing her to stumble slightly and next second she found herself pressed against him now with their chests pressed together....

The sudden closeness made her gasp again..

Sivaangi : Ashwin…

she whispered with her voice trembling slightly with the weight of her emotions while he just hummed in and his eyes never leaving hers....

Ashwin : Hmmm...

Sivaangi : Ashwin....

She again repeated with her voice a little stronger this time as if saying his name gave her courage....

Ashwin : Yeah Sivaangi...

he asked with his voice soft as if filled with a tenderness that made her heart ache.....

Sivaangi : Leave me.... Ashwin....

she said though there was no real conviction in her words..... It was more of a plea than a command.... more of a request tinged with uncertainty.....

Ashwin : No...

he replied with his voice firm yet gentle while she murmured...

Sivaangi : Ashwin.... pls… let me go...

Her hands came up to rest on his chest as if to push him away and though her touch was far too light to actually move him....

Ashwin : Pls... just let me hold u for a few minutes....

Ashwin pleaded with his voice filled with such raw emotion that it made Sivaangi's heart skip a beat....

Sivaangi : Ashwin... pls…

she tried again but this time there was no real resistance in her words and Ashwin's smile faltered for a moment and then it completely disappeared as he suddenly let go of her....

He took a few steps back and his face fell and he looked at her with wide and worried eyes....
His earlier confidence was replaced by a look of deep concern....

Ashwin : I am so sorry..... I am soo sorryyy Sivaangi…..
