Special 03: Honey to Rose.[M]

The wide-eyed three-year-old boy's excitement could be seen as he stood in front of a picture of a giant white tiger leaping and hanging from a tree branch. Inside the glass display case showcasing the special abilities of the various tigers and lions.
"Papa, look! The tiger is amazing!" The little hand clapped enthusiastically, admiring the large tiger that was gracefully hanging from a wooden branch. He glanced at the person who was his father and mother sitting beside him.
"Yes, sir. The big tiger is as talented as you." Salin admired his sweet-faced son, who slightly lowered his head and sniffed his round head.
Today is the second day of the Thanhirankan family vacation, led by Papa Sun, Mama Lin, and the mischievous Sitrine, who just finished his exams last week. Suriyen invited his beautiful wife and son to enjoy the natural atmosphere in Chiang Mai. It seems that the little one likes it so much that he told his parents that if he grows up, he wants to move here.
What?! They just took their son to eat pastries yesterday. It was so delicious that the little boy begged his parents to buy more to bring home.
"Are you hungry, baby?" Suriyen asked his son as they walked out after the performance ended.
"I am hungry. So hungry that I can eat the tiger whole." The small hand rubbed his own belly and his honey-colored eyes looked pitifully at his father.
"Shall we have dinner at the resort, Papa? Because it'll be around 5pm by the time we get there. As for Sin, we can buy some snacks for him." Salin suggested. Since the resort where they would be staying is located in Mae Rim District, about 50 kilometers away from here, the steep and winding roads would make the travel time almost equal to the distance.
"I want to eat grilled pork!" Sitrine raised his mother's hand. He remembered seeing a grilled pork stand before they entered the Night Safari.

"Okay. If that's the case, Papa will stop by and buy grilled pork for Baby." Suriyen bent down and talked to his son, adjusting his hat to shield his face from the sun.
The three of them walked to the large SUV, and before Suriyen opened the back door for the naughty little one to get on the car seat, he carefully fastened the safety buckle. Then, he ran to his position as the driver while taking the passengers directly to their destination. Before leaving, they made sure to buy fresh milk grilled pork for the talented boy.
Suriyen drove the car until they reached the guest parking area of the resort. When the car came to a stop, Salin took on the responsibility of waking up his talented son, who had fallen asleep after finishing the second grilled pork.
The mischievous boy woke up startled in the middle of a dream, raising his hands on both sides of his sleepy eyes. Slowly, he opened his eyes wider, welcoming the bright light and moving images.
"Are we there, Mom?" Sitrine turned his head left and right, looking at the scenery through the car window.
"Yes." Salin replied and immediately leaned over to unbuckle the seatbelt for his son. "Let's go. We need to take the car up to the resort again."
Suriyen got out of the car first and then walked over to open the back door and carefully lifted his little son down to stand on the grass, while also straightening his talented son's clothes and fixing his hair. Once the beautiful wife had grabbed his shoulder bag and came down to take care of their son, Suriyen changed his position and put the luggage down, waiting for the resort's van to pick them up.
It didn't take long for the bright red van to reverse and park to pick up the three of them. Salin held his son's hand and they walked up to sit on the long bench, letting the father and the driver help carry the luggage.
"Where are we going, Dad?" Sitrine, who was sitting next to the wall, asked curiously.

"We are going to the resort, but it is on a high hill and the way up is very steep, so we have to take a special ride going up." Salin explained.
"So, Papa can't drive us up? Papa is not good at driving?" Sitrine asked with a pout.
Upon hearing the question from his son, the mother hesitated for a moment and then glanced at his husband sitting on the opposite side of the seat.
"It's the resort's policy, my dear. Papa has to park the car down below." Suriyen further explained.
Suriyen added some clarification.
Sitrine paused, his ink face understanding what the father figure said.
As they passed a steep curve that required them to hold onto the railing above to keep their bodies from obeying the force of gravity, they reached their destination. The ten staff members lined up in an orderly fashion, preparing to welcome the special guest.
"Please this way, sir." A tall staff member gestured for the three of them to sit at the wooden table before serving refreshing drinks.
"The atmosphere is great!" Salin swept his gaze around, able to see a 180- degree mountain view.
"I'm glad you like it, darling." the tall man smiled at his wife's cuteness.
"Hello, valued customer. The dome balloon that you reserved is located on the far right wing. We are now ready to serve you. Would you like to go to your accommodation right away, sir?" The staff member, who appeared to be the leader, approached Suriyen, who paused before another male staff member joined to take care of them.
Suriyen embraced Sitrine and followed the male employees who carried their luggage with both hands. They walked only a few hundred meters before reaching the numbered accommodation, surrounded by tall trees, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere for the visitors.
