NAME

I'm slowly awakened by the little voices that are coming from beside me. I carefully opened my eyes and was greeted by the worried faces of those kids as Lemon immediately rushed towards me. "Where am I?" I ask, trying to check my surroundings.

"You're at the school clinic, [name]—san." Lance answered my question as he stood next to the bed. "Is something hurting on you?" The little Ames asked me as he prepared himself to tend to me, but I just placed my hand on his shoulder, halting him for his actions. He narrowed his eyes towards me, which I ignored as I got out of bed.

I have to find James and the rest of the kids. I can't afford to waste time staying in this place. "You are not allowed to leave, [name]—san." The jet black-haired Mash uttered in his usual monotone voice, making me stop from my pace. I turned out to face him.

"Why?" I asked and eyed each one of them. "Orter-san's order." Lance responded. That bastard planned to go off alone? "Well, I disagree. I'm a visionary, and I have a role to fulfill." I stated as I attempted to get out of the door, but a shackle binds my hands and feet.

"I deeply apologize, [name]-san." I heard Lemon's voice, for she is the one who cast the magic to bind me. A deep sigh escaped my lips as I turned around to face them. I offered them a smile before leaning against the wall and closing my eyes.

Collecting the mana I have left, I was able to pull out the three shadows. Each corner of the room had clone standing, not until I switched to the other one I placed on the north. Leaving the five kids in awe. The binds that Lemon used are left on the other I trade with.

"Shadow: Bind." I cast my spell to have them tied in both hands and feet. I made sure that they were unable to make a move or hold their wands. I worked towards the door and turned around to face them. "I will put the five of you, including Orter, for disciplinary." I uttered and flashed them one of my playful smiles before leaving.

Now, where should I go?

As I take a step forward, my knee betrayed me, and I'm down on one knee. A sigh escaped my lips as I hissed silently. I forced myself to get up on my feet and slowly made my way out of the academy. This magic usage is agonizing.

I am panting badly as I continue taking more steps through the woods. I can't keep going like this.

Having no choice, I kept walking in the woods until I found myself standing in front of the shrine. Might take a rest from here before heading to Orter's whereabouts. I entered the shrine and sat on the floor near the giant bell, and in front of me is a well.

A not-so-strong breeze brushes against my skin as the leaves of the trees dance along. It's getting darker; I wish it wouldn't rain.

"It's good to see you again." My body reacted immediately and backed off, ready to attack. There I saw the man I met before. "Hazuri." I mouthed his name as I could feel a surging madness within me as I clenched on my wand. Ebony of smoke and lightning scorching around the ground, I was standing as I glared hardly to this man.

"Your power is really overwhelming." He voiced out as he walked towards me; a little distance is sure set between us. "What do you want?" I questioned, which he didn't bother answering; instead, he showed me a sword inside the scabbard. My chest fluttered from seeing until the black smoke dissipated as I found myself reaching for the sword.

"Just a reminder that you don't own the sword and whilst it will hold out your magic for long." He stated, and I glanced at him suspiciously. "Why are you giving me this?" I questioned him, to which he responded with a smirk before sitting near the giant bell of the shrine.

"I saw an old friend rushing somewhere, and I bet you're after him." He stated, ignoring my question.

"That doesn't answer my question."

"I didn't intend to respond." He rebutted, which made me raise a brow at him. "You're annoying, don't you know that?" I hissed at him as I turned around and started walking away, having the sword with me.

"You always say that." He whispered, causing me to stop from my pace and turn around to see him, just to be greeted by the empty surroundings. I clenched on the sword he handed me. He's good at vanishing all the time.

Scoffing the thought of him, I made my way to look for Orter's location until a trail of sand was visible in my eyes. Got you, Mr. Four-Eyes.

There I saw Orter's figure disheveled from all the attacks that were thrown at him. Another man covered in black is rushing towards him with a sword, which I countered with the sword Hazuri lent me. I smirked at the man and kicked him in the stomach, causing him to stumble back as I stanced myself with the sword in hand.

"This thing is fun; I could give it a try. Who wants to go first?" I blurted in enthusiasm as I looked at Orter, whose surprise plastered in his face. I smiled at him and teased him with a wink before starting to charge towards these morons. The sound of blades meeting each other lasted more than a couple of minutes, as I have all of them down on the mudded ground.

Panting and blood overly covered my body, yet I wasn't injured badly compared to the last time since I was able to defend myself with this sword, which is very much damaged due to the magic it gets from me every time I slashed it.

The sword slipped my hand as I glanced at the figure that was walking in my direction. His facade painted in anger and worries as he stopped in front of me, towering me with his height. "You and your crazy, bold decisions." He uttered lowly as surprised took me as I received a light smack in the head and tight embrace from him. I pushed him off and made this nonchalant man look at me.

"What's with the embrace? Don't tell me you like me, Orter." I teased him, which made his expression go to neutral as he looked away, causing me to chuckle.

"As if I will like a careless woman." He uttered. I smirked. "Yeah, as if." I agreed before turning my attention to face the man that is standing at the very top of this house, and beside him is James. He's clapping so loud from the sight I created after I killed every one of his people.

"You are truly marvelous, [name]. You are indeed the daughter of the man that defeated our master."
