- Medic

Medic would have his suspicions that his S/O would be pregnant at a very early stage. Being a doctor, he can very clearly see the early signs. Morning sickness, fatigue, and anything his S/O could deem as just general illness, he'd softly encourage them to take a test. And if it comes back positive, he's over the moon.

For the next 9 months, Medic makes his S/O his one and only priority. He provides them with the proper care, medicine, and anything they need to help them along the way. He'll even put aside work to tend to them, especially in the final weeks. He knows he'll need to be around. 

Medic won't generally express this so blatantly, but he has his fears about being a father. He stresses more than he lets on and has had his fair share of sleepless nights, worrying if he'll be a good influence on his child. He keeps it to himself as he doesn't want to worry his S/O, but it slips out on a night he's feeling emotional and vulnerable.

Medic will be so enthusiastic about making preparations for their newborn. He spends so much time and puts in so much thought into making their home and their babies' room absolutely perfect. 9 months can't go any quicker. He's just so eager to meet his son or daughter, and can't wait to spoil them.

- Sniper

Unless Sniper and his S/O were trying for a baby, he probably wouldn't suspect anything with regards to early symptoms. Even if it were just mere irritability, or them being overly emotional. He'll of course show his concern, but if his S/O announces that they're pregnant, he might just cry.

He's always dreamed of having a family of his own, but never thought he'd see the day due to his own self doubt. But he pushes all that aside as he only thinks about his S/O for the next 9 months. Work becomes an afterthought as he dotes on his partner, and only them. 

He's the most caring at attentive man ever as 9 months go by. He's by your side, comforting you, cradling you, helping you with strenuous tasks. It doesn't bother him in the slightest, in fact, it makes time go by if he keeps busy. 

He's a different man during this time. Doting, affectionate, emotional, vulnerable even. Especially at times when he's expressed just how stressed he is about being a father. He's worried he'll get things wrong, but during the 9 months his S/O is pregnant, he's done everything right. Truly, Sniper is eager to meet his newborn child, and absolutely love them to bits.

- Spy

Unless it was planned, Spy doesn't know how to react upon hearing the news. He's already got a son. All grown up now, mind you. But he already feels that he failed that chance he had at raising a child. Why would it be different this time around? He smiles and hugs his S/O warmly, but really, he's panicked.

He needs time to himself. Spy knows he seems cold by secluding himself and feels guilty, but he's got many thoughts in his head, and his S/O could probably guess just what's bothering him. Surely enough though, with enough talking it through, Spy is over the moon and makes a promise to be there for his partner and their child.

Spy makes sure his S/O gets the best treatment while she's carrying his child. He almost seems like he's making up for what he missed the first time around. Pampering her and providing her with luxuries, all the while taking over the strenuous tasks. 

Spy almost seems like a new man. He's not so cold-hearted, a tad but more emotional, but remains professional for his job. He makes many promises about being there for his S/O and their child. He wants to be a good father, and he'll curse himself if he misses this new opportunity. He makes his family a priority as he gets older, and my god will he spoil his child.
