It has been a few weeks after the Lute Village fiasco with Motoyasua and Myne, and it's been some time since Indominus and Ventus have seen any signs of Naofumi and the other heroes. They took a guess that they were out and about across the lands of Melromarc doing some quests or other jobs here and there. Fortunately, thanks to the surveillance condor Laserbeak and the satellite network Indominus had launched earlier, he's been able to keep track on the other Heroes.
Apparently, Motoyasu saved a famine-stricken village to the Southwest by introducing a legendary crop. Indominus and Ventus both guessed the royal pain in the butt came up with the idea. Ren's apparently moving Southeast, looking for monsters to slay. Rumours have spread that he took down a dragon. But the information regarding Itsuki, the Bow Hero, was all over the place. Some said he's training up in the mountains, and some say he went into a dungeon on a quest for treasure. There were even some tall tales, like him joining another country's resistance, but in the end, none of these wild stories ended up being true. As for Naofumi, it would seem that he's been going about with a carriage along with Filo and Raphtalia doing some merchant deliveries and such.

At the moment, Indominus and Ventus were both in a wooded area, far from any major gown or so around the region of Melromarc. It was rather peaceful for the two of them, especially with the setting sun in the distance, the two of them not having to deal with any trouble with the kingdom or the three Heroes.
"Seems so quiet out here..." Ventus sighed softly, she and Indominus relaxing as they go about.
"Indeed. It makes you really appreciate what is out here." Indominus agreed with Ventus, then watched as a butterfly goes by. "Hmm..."
"Something on your mind?" Ventus inquired.
"Oh, nothing. Just enjoying the peace." Indominus said back to her.
As the two walked about, they soon come across what looks to be some kind of lookout tower and outpost, and there were three covered wooden wagons that are hitched up together. At the front wagon, the reigns look to be ripped and broken off, the leather harnesses also being broken.

'A series of wagons left abandoned here?' Indominus questioned in curiosity but also in suspicion of this. Being cautious, he and Ventus began to make their way towards the three wagons, the two of them wondering over why three wagons have been left behind here at this outpost.
"Strange..." Ventus mused as she looks at the reigns and harnesses. "These harnesses look to be snapped off and broken. No vandal damage." She wondered.
Indominus takes a look into the wagons, and he finds there's some hand tools such as shovels, pickaxes, plus fresh produce, digging and hunting equipment, and much more in the wagons. "All of what's in here is all village equipment necessary for survival." He called to Ventus.
