The scene opened with Logan in a large test tube filled with some kind of liquid, his eyes opened, then he pulled out his claws and ran out of the test tube and out of the room. He ran into the woods, saw someone to his right and jumped on them.
Logan then fell out of bed, woke up, got up and sat down on his bed.

An alarm sounded. Kitty ran her hand over the alarm clock to turn it off. It was now 6:30 a.m. She then got out of bed and headed for the bathroom, through the door. But she didn't see the sign on the doorknob that said "occupied" as she walked through the door.
"What- Hey, get out of here?" Rogue said from the bathroom.
Kitty came out, and Rogue opened the door and pointed to the sign.
"The sign says 'occupied'! The door was locked." Rogue reproached as she got a comb stuck in her hair.
"Who can read at this hour?" Kitty asked awkwardly, to which Rogue slammed the door. "Sorry!"
She sat down on her bed and wrote an e-mail to her parents on her laptop.
"Dear Mom and Dad, today started like any other school day, with everyone feeling a little... cramped. And so did I. Especially with a roommate like Rogue. Although it's not exactly easy to get close to her."
Rogue entered the room and began to comb and dry her hair. Kitty closed her laptop, held it in her arms and headed for the closed door, passing through it into the corridor. Where Scott, Jean, Kurt and Evan headed for the bathroom.
A little later, Kitty was sitting at the kitchen table. Deker and Logan were also present.
"Finding a place to be alone here is really a matter of timing. Sometimes you have to settle for what you want. Like when Mr. Logan's around. But that's okay, because he won't talk to anyone but his pupil, Deker."
Logan then looked away from the newspaper he was reading and saw Kitty looking at him.
"What's wrong, half-pint? Am I reading too hard for you?" Logan growled.
"No, I'm pretty sure she's just enjoying the quiet. But it's going to disappear in 3, 2, 1." Said Deker, counting down with his fingers.
Just then, the door opened and everyone began to enter and eat their breakfast while chatting. Scott then turned on the TV and the news began to play. And what was playing caught Logan's attention, so he turned up the sound.
"It's like sometimes Mr. Logan can be incredibly rude, you know?"
Deker wasn't paying attention to what the news was saying. But he heard Logan say something about Mount Mckenna. Then he looked at Logan and saw him walking away, so he got up and followed him.
"I mean, Professor Xavier always says we're like a family here, and we all have to get along. But Mr. Logan doesn't act like that. He always goes off on his own. Now that I think about it. Deker's the same sometimes, I guess it's rubbed off on him."
In Logan's room, Logan could be seen on his knees, holding his head as if in pain. Deker entered, saw this and ran to his mentor's side.
"What's wrong?" He asked.
"I mean, it's not like their lives are any harder than ours."
Logan said nothing, picked up the chair and threw it against the wall, breaking it, before groaning in pain.
"I can't help you if you don't tell me what's wrong."
But Logan couldn't hear him, for he then pulled out his claws and began swinging them like a madman, destroying everything in his room. Deker dodged with his super-speed to avoid being hit.
