It had been two blissful months since Joshua and Seokmin had started dating, and in that time, everything had settled into a comfortable rhythm. Their friends couldn't be happier for them. Minghao, smug as always, made sure to remind Seokmin every chance he got with his, ❝I told you so.❞ Chenle, on the other hand, had been absolutely ecstatic, jumping up and down as if Joshua and Seokmin had just announced their wedding plans.

❝You'd think he's the one getting married,❞ Jisung had joked, watching his boyfriend's exuberant display. But even Jisung couldn't help but feel the warmth and joy in the air. The group had become even closer, especially after Jisung's official introduction to everyone, a day that Seokmin remembered fondly.

It had been a sunny afternoon when Chenle brought Jisung over to meet the rest of the gang. ❝Alright, guys, time to officially introduce Jisung!❞ Chenle had said proudly, standing next to Jisung like a host presenting the main act.

❝Everyone, this is Jisung, my boyfriend,❞ Chenle declared with a grin, his arm wrapped tightly around Jisung's shoulders. ❝Jisung, this is Minghao, Jun, Seokmin, Joshua, and... well, you'll get to know them.❞

Seokmin remembered feeling instantly at ease around Jisung, who seemed just as warm and playful as Chenle. ❝Hey, it's great to finally meet you all!❞ Jisung had said, offering a bright smile that immediately endeared him to everyone.

Minghao had sized him up with his usual keen eye and said, ❝Chenle's talked your ear off about us, huh?❞

Jisung had laughed. ❝You have no idea.❞

Jun had been the next to greet him, giving Jisung a friendly pat on the back. ❝Anyone who can put up with Chenle's excitement is a hero in my book.❞

Everyone had loved Jisung right away. It was clear why Chenle adored him-Jisung's energy was infectious, and his sense of humour fit perfectly with the group's dynamic. By the end of that first introduction, Jisung had become one of them.

Despite their awkward ending, Joshua was genuinely happy for Jeonghan. They had remained friends, and it warmed his heart to see Jeonghan smile so brightly with Seungcheol by his side.
