"Why does it have to be bugs?" the man said
"I hate bugs, their guts get in your clothes and are so hard to get out" he continued, almost like he wasn't bothered by the evolved unnatural that had come so close to killing two Devils a few moments ago.
"YOU WILL KNEEL TO ME OR DIE!" the queen shrieked before cackling at the sight of the two agents that she'd brought to their knees,
"I have plans today so this whole you killing me thing isn't gonna work for me... how about Wednesday morning at 9?" the tall man remarked while walking forwards towards the queen, poking fun at her.
"You're kinda gross huh? Spitting at people and stuff" he continued.
Was he aware of the threat level of this unnatural? He was mocking it as if it was an unnatural that was still an Orange threat level,
"HOW DARE YOU MOCK ME!" the queen yelled before spitting a jet of venom at the man. He disappeared. He had dodged it and repositioned behind Agent I and 06 in the blink of an eye.
"Missed me," he said, further mocking the queen,
"Now it's my turn" he added, charging up an ability...
"Infernus Ignis Imperium"
The man murmured his ability's name under his breath and blue flames started forming at his hands, he stretched the flames down his right arm with his left, as if he were charging a slingshot or a crossbow. He aimed his arm up at the queen and fired...
The shot hit a building behind the queen,
"YOU MISSED!" the queen shrieked while mocking the man with laughter,
The man simply said one word.
"Wrong."
Following that single word, he snapped his fingers and the building that the flame had shot into exploded into a tower of flames almost instantaneously and started falling toward the queen.
The queen, unable to dodge the surprise attack in time, was knocked down and pinned under the burning rubble.
The man approached the queen who was now frothing at the mouth with venom trying to pull herself free from the rubble ignited in flames. He put his left hand on the unnatural's head, pinning it to the ground, and the right on its chest. He repeated once more,
"Infernus Ignis Imperium"
His flames grew around his right hand only this time and the flames seemed to cut through the queen's skin and find their way to her heart. They grew and grew and grew until the queen's heart and her entire being were engulfed in the bright blue flames that this man had produced. The unnatural was dead. Agent I and 06 were still on the floor. It was over... he had killed it.
The man made his way over to the two agents and assessed their conditions, his eyes glowing a faint light, similar to his flames,
"You'll survive, you just need time for your soul to recover," he said to 06
"The rookie, however...?" he continued while turning to face Agent I,
"The rookie might need to get checked out. It looks like she ate a large blast of energy from something" he added,
"Now the important question..." he asked suspensefully
"Who wants food? I'm hungry!" he said, easing the mood
As the man was finishing his sentence a bright light appeared around them and within seconds, they were back at the institute in mission control. Moments after they arrived, Agent I and 06 had collapsed and passed out from exhaustion.
"Oh c'mon! I wanted tacos!" the man yelled
