Agent I and 06 were transported to a city in Pennsylvania where they were greeted by the massacre of civilians caught in the hoard of what looked like deformed humans. The unnaturals seemed to be feeding on the civilians and their life forces, almost as if they were consuming their souls. Upon their souls being taken, the humans started to glow a bright red light almost as if they were being set ablaze, screaming in agony they began to disfigure and contort into the deformed creatures that attacked them.

"Is it spreading?" Agent I asked her partner

"It looks like the civilians that are attacked, no longer remain human" 06 responded

"Now what?..." she asked

"There's nothing we can do but put them out of their misery..." the senior agent responded hesitantly as they both readied themselves to hold the line against the growing hoard of unnaturals. Agents who were instructed to pull out civilians that were not yet attacked were trying their best to pull out the remaining humans however many of them began to get overwhelmed and themselves were attacked and the contagion had spread to them as well. They began attacking the civilians that they were instructed to protect. As one of the infected agents lunged at 06 with her weapon, Agent I got between them and pierced the agent's heart with her katana,

"I'm so sorry..." she whispered with a sad expression falling upon her face, she had just killed one of her fellow Devils,

"She was no longer human" 06 said to her trying to reassure her that she did the right thing but it did not help lift Agent I's spirits. She had just killed an agent that was standing beside her in mission control not less than a couple hours ago and now that same agent's corpse was falling off her katana and hitting the blood-soaked ground of the battlefield with a thump...

"What was her name?" Agent I asked her senior, trying to hold back her tears

"Agent, we don't disclose that information..." he responded hesitantly

"What... was her... name?!" she repeated with rage filling her tone. 06 let out a sight,

"Ava Wilson. She is... She was 24 years old. She had been with the company since she was 20" he informed her

"...and I just murdered her" she added

"You were doing your job, she was infected and became an unnatural" he tried reassuring her again but the agent wasn't taking to his kindness, she simply closed the fallen agent's eyes with her hand as her body lay on the ground to rest.

"After this is over, I want every fallen agent to receive a proper ceremony that died on this mission," she told 06

"I don't care who it has to go through on the chain of command to get approved, they deserve that much" she added as 06 gave her a nod.

At the centre of the hoard, the man with the scar was incinerating unnaturals with relatively little difficulty, after all, they were merely of the lower threat level. It looked to be quite a cathartic task for him, almost as if it was a sport, he was creating new and different constructs from hellfire to destroy the unnaturals that were rushing him

"Infernus Ignis Imperium"

A slingshot

"Infernus Ignis Imperium"

A bow and arrow

"Infernus Ignis Imperium"

A revolver

But as the sun was setting, all the unnaturals across the country began to idle, they stopped attacking the agents as well as nearby civilians. They just stood there as if their minds suddenly went blank.

"Why are my whack-a-moles not attacking?" the man with the scar asked 04 at mission control,

"I have no idea. It's like they're... giving up?" 04 responded

"Now what...?" the man asked

"I think it's time to hunt down the Omega and finish this..." 04 answered. As 04 answered the man's question, all the surveillance equipment at mission control blacked out,

"I have no visuals!" he exclaimed.

"..."

There was no response from the other end of the line.

The man with the scar stood staring at the human-like Omega unnatural that had presented itself before him as the hoard of deformed humans between them made way for their creator, a blood-red light surrounding it like an aura that was stained by the lives it had taken... it closed the space between them and it opened its mouth and spoke very precisely with a silver tongue,

"Hunt?... Now... is that any way to talk about me?... Your Brother."
