We will accept works of most genres and our awards are open to writers of all ages and abilities.
However, all books must meet the rules of Wattpad. This means we cannot accept all genres/content due to their guidelines.
We will not accept works containing
• Graphic Rape Scenes
• Glorifying rape or murder
• Animal abuse
• Child sex abuse
• Incest
• Bestiality
• Necrophilia
•. Smut Books
Any book containing the above will be reported to Wattpad
We will not accept the following genres so please don't submit them
• Erotica
• Non fiction
• Random
The Rules
1. All books must be submitted in English and be available to read on Wattpad. We ask that all stories submitted have a minimum of three chapters or two and a prologue
2. Please keep your work on Wattpad while the judging is underway.
3. Please let us know if you change the title of the book or your username. We will not be judging your book if we cannot find it.
4. Books must be written in English
5. You will need to join our discord server for this awards
6. Do not bully, harass or abuse any of our moderators, judges or any other member of Shut Up and Write, or anyone else on Wattpad or your book will be removed from the awards
7. Do not slate the community if you book doesn't do as well as you thought.
8. Please be mature enough to take constructive feedback
