Arya's POV:
I had hallucinations, again.
Infront of Aditya, did see me acting crazy. Will he also leave me now? Does he think of me as a psychopath aswell?
Thousands of thoughts bolted through my mind, tears blurred my vision.
Can't I stay happy for once? Why does Varun come to ruin my life every time?
'You have aditya don't loose him because of the past' my inner voice mocks me.
Would aditya leave me after finding out I am murderer? I can't convey the misery of failing Aditya.
"Chèrieeeeeee!!! Hand me the towel." Aditya yells from the bathroom.
He took a leave today, apparently I was sick so he had to take care of me.
Mentally ill he means probably.
I quickly wiped the tear, he can't see me crying not now.
I handed him the towel and started to tidy the room up a bit.
I should go to work, it'll distract me.
Suddenly a muscular arm wraps around my waist,
"Are you okay?" Aditya asks hugging me from behind.
A deep sigh escapes my mouth. I am not okay Aditya I am mentally ill and I don't deserve you.
"Yes, just a bit tired." He tightens his hold sensing my distant tone.
"Then take some rest, my love. Why are you pressuring yourself? You're the wife of Aditya singhania you shouldn't work too much. You should rest like the queen you are." He comforts tugging a strand of hair behind my heart.
Isn't it shocking?
How easily he comforts me, makes me feel like someone, how easily he makes me want to live, stay alive, how easily he heals my heart without knowing an ounce of my anguish.
How effortlessly he comforts me, creating a sense of being seen and valued that I didn't realize I was missing. With just a few words or a simple gesture, he instills in me a renewed desire to embrace life, to stay grounded in the moment, and to hold on through the darkness.
His presence soothes the darkness of my soul, my heart, mending the wounds I carry without even knowing the weight of my anguish.
It's as if he possesses an innate ability to heal, bringing light into the shadows of my struggles and reminding me that I am worthy of joy.
"Tell me Arya what's wrong?" He asks sighing deeply.
"I wish I could." I mutter under my breath.
"I'll wait for you Arya, I am by your side weather you share anything with me or not." He pecks my forehead from the side.
Aditya constantly reminds me that he'd always be by my side and he'd wait for me to share my scars so he can heal them.
Yet he doesn't notice without even seeing the scars he has healed them.
He doesn't notice how effortlessly he makes me feel like I am living the best life.
"But I wish someday you trust me enough to share everything with me." He smiles painfully.
I am hurting you so much Aditya why are you still not letting me go?
"I trust you, Aditya with all my soul, heart and mind. I-I just...need some time."
"I know I'll wait Arya, always." He says.
"I am leaving for work Aditya you should go to." I inform him changing the topic.
"Chèrie, you're sick."
"Mentally ill you mean?" He glares at me as soon as those words escape my mouth.
"Don't you dare call 'my extraordinarily beautiful, with an enchanting presence that captures the attention of everyone around her with her perfectly complementing her striking features. Her eyes, large and expressive, the ones which feel like falling in love. Long, flowing hair frames her face, cascading in soft waves that enhance her elegance. Her smile is captivating, both warm and inviting, leaving a lasting impression. My kind, soft, sweet gentle wife with an enchanting presence and softness, leaving everyone who encounters her in awe of her beauty' mentally ill."
Is.....is this guy crazy?
A deep crimson covers my cheek.
"How long were you waiting to say that?" My eyes were widened.
"Since we got married, why my love are you impressed by your awfully brilliant husband?" He grins.
I was speechless. Definitely.

Author's POV:
The door creaked open as Aditya entered the room, it was past midnight. He had informed Arya that he'd be late because of the overloaded work.
He found his wife resting peacefully, a serene expression softening her features.
Darkness surrounded the room, the moon casting a light glow on her face. Shadows danced around her, creating an ethereal aura that felt almost otherworldly.
A soft smile was plastered on his face as he stared at his gorgeous wife.
His endless chain of thoughts was shattered when he heard a choked sob from her, his smile vanished.
"Arya....?" Aditya whispers deliberately walking towards the bed.
Tears spilled through her cheeks as she whimpered and sobbed uneasily.
Her body trembling with each shattered and isolated sob.
Thousands of thoughts enveloped Aditya's mind in a whirlwind, each one vying for attention, pulling him in different directions.
"P-please it...h-hurts...p-please." She begged ,sounding vulnerable and exposed, her voice quivered, laden with a torrent of unspoken emotions.
Each broken word tightened Aditya's heart, echoing the pain she struggled to conceal.
Aditya slightly shook her shoulders with anticipation to wake her up.
"Arya? What's wrong? Please wake up?"
Her hands fisted the duvet as her cries of torment grew intense.
Her body trembled as she moved uncomfortably on the bed as if someone was snatching her soul away, as if her spirit were being wrenched from her body, leaving behind only an aching void.
Each helpless sob echoing through the room, Aditya felt helpless.
His wife was bearing so much pain and he didn't know a glance about the one causing her the discomfort.
"L-leave me alone....p-please...-I-I'll die...." She whimpered.
"Arya? Arya wake up you're not dying! Not as long as I am alive." He engulfed her in a hug, his own voice burdened with agony.
"The love of my life, my wife, please wake up..." he again shook her shoulders violently.
Meanwhile she kept sobbing, his shirt soaked with her tears.
Her grip on his shirt tightened, her knuckles turned white.
"I....I am murderer......forgive me master-forgive me for disobeying you...I love you master....bird will obey you master...." his body goes numb at her words.
Master?
I love you?
His grip on her tightened, he felt as if someone was chocking him.
He felt as if something inside him shattered, invisible knifes stabbing his heart making it bleed with anguish and pain.
He pulled back from the hug staring at the woman he loved who was claiming to love someone else.
His heart clenched with pain, he closed his eyes as he heard more sobs.
What was happening to them?
Who was this guy coming between them?
"Arya please....wake up...you're hurting both of us."
Her sobs calm down and suddenly she wakes up with a jolt her eyes widening as she stared at her husband whose full-attention was on her.
His expression emotionless and unreadable as if he had loss something really cherished.
"A-aditya...." Another sob escapes her mouth as she hugs him as if her life depends on it.
"A-aditya he'll ruin us.....aditya walk away...divorce me...let me go please...he'll ruin us aditya"
"I meant it when I said not even the universe can separate us and I repeat Arya, no one, not even a him can separate us." He cups her face and wipes her tears offering her utter comfort even when his heart was bleeding with pain.
Her words still lingered in his mind, I love you master.
He felt like destroying the world but he couldn't when his own world was destroyed.
His wife, his world was destroyed.
He knew she needed his comfort and support right now and he'd give up everything for her.
Even his pain and emotions.
"Each and every breath of mine is dedicated to you, my heart beats for you Arya and it always will, I swear to my life no one, no one can separate you from me,"
"Just one question Arya," he asks out of nowhere making her hum.
She was still in his warm embrace,
"Did you love anyone before me? If you did do you still love him?" Arya's face turns pale as she pushes him off.
"Get out Aditya." His body stiffens at her words.
This is what he got after all of the comfort he offered her?
"Don't push me away, Arya. It's okay if you don't want to answer the question but don't push me away after everything." He begs as if the life out of him was drowning.
"Aditya please....I need some space or I'll ruin everything." She moves backwards, her back hitting the headboard.
"You'll never ruin anything wife." He said and walked out offering her the space she needed.
