"So miss Juno, let's get you back to the hotel."
Taylor said to the young girl who only looked at her, a sad expression on her face and Taylor sighed.

In her mind Taylor told herself that Juno simply didn't want to go back because Taylor let her have all the freedoms in the world. In her heart she knew that wasn't true.

"Do you wanna listen to music?" Taylor suggested in an attempt to lighten the mood, both her and Juno were in the backseat while one of Taylor's security guards was driving

"Sure." the little girl mumbled, now a lot more distant than a couple minutes ago. She looked out of the window and every attempt Taylor had made to talk to Juno seemed to be brushed off.

Taylor gently placed her hand on Juno's arm and the girl immediately flinched and pulled her arm away. Right, Taylor forgot, Juno hated everything that involved physicial contact. Hugs, anything really.

Taylor sighed, she could see that Juno's father was not the most nurturing but this was a whole new level. Juno seemed frightened at the thought of going back and it terrified Taylor, something in Taylor's gut told her that something about that situation was very wrong.

In the hotel lobby, Taylor couldn't find Juno's father, even though Juno was not at all bothered by this, it worried Taylor. She had no idea what to do, what would she even do if he didn't show up.

"Okay, how about we go up to my room? You can watch tv if you want, or we can play a game? I think I have a deck of uno somewhere around here." Taylor sighed and Juno nodded. Taylor was aware that Juno was extremely tired, the little girl was fidgeting with her birthday girl badge Taylor had given her and she looked like she could fall asleep while standing up.

Taylor brought Juno up to her room, and sat down on her bed, handing Juno a couple of Uno cards and Juno grinned up at Taylor.

Taylor was doing everything in her power to entertain her, she didn't know what Juno was feeling right now but considering the fact that even after three hours her dad still hadn't picked her up, it couldn't be too great.

"I won again." Juno exclaimed, a mischievous grin on her face as she proudly watched Taylor loose, and Taylor did not seem delighted.

"You certainly did." Taylor sighed and Juno grinned up at her again, Taylor was aware Juno was most likely cheating as Taylor had to draw four five times this game, but today she decided to just let it slide, Juno had enough on her plate already and she was still only a child.

"I'm bored." Juno whined, letting herself fall on her back on the bed and Taylor chuckled a little. Entertaining Juno was gonna be hell, Juno had a horrible attention span and Taylor was honestly wondering how she even managed to sit in school. For now it was summer break, Taylor could only imagine how happy that made Juno, Juno had only told Taylor she didn't like school, and Taylor was beginning to understand why.

An hour later Taylor had enough and she dialed Juno's father's number again, and he finally awnsered.

"Yes Taylor?" He groaned and Taylor rolled her eyes, she hated him but her dad insisted on hiring him, it made Taylor furious because it was almost like her father didn't trust her decision making.

"When are you picking up Juno, I thought we were gonna meet in the lobby four hours ago." Taylor said, a hint of annoyance in her voice but she tried staying polite for Juno's sake.

"Oh, sorry, totally forgot. I'm already at the airport, I'll come back as soon as I can. Like just drop her off at a safe haven or fire station for all I care." He muttered and Taylor raised an eyebrow, she couldn't believe someone cared so little about what was happening to their own child. It even felt like Taylor cared more and that was not what was supposed to be going on.

"I don't think I can do that and have a good feeling about this, with the tour and all we are in another state, so far away from here home and it's her birthday and she really shouldn't be left on her own with strangers." Taylor said, the annoyance now audible in her voice and she heard Nolan groan on the other line, clearly frustrated.

"Look, if it hit bothers you that much, you watch her. I don't care, I'll tell you when I can come and get her." With these words he hung up and Taylor felt a lump in her throat. How could someone be so careless. She looked at Juno, she had already learned Juno wasn't an easy child, but Juno was still a child who wanted love and stability.

"When's dad coming?" Juno asked, a tiny bit hopeful, Taylor could see that Juno wasn't comfortable around her father but yet she still tried to please him, trying to get him to care for her.

"I don't know sweetie. I have to call my mom real quick." Taylor muttered and Juno sat up
"Was my dad mad again? If he was you have to leave him alone cause otherwise he'll be way more mad." Juno said very serious and Taylor shook her head
"Everything is fine."

"Mom? I need your help quick."

"Do you want me to come to your hotel room?" Andrea asked and Taylor nodded before she realized that her mother couldn't even see her
"Yeah please, look I have an issue, my security guard has a child and I watched her for the day and everything and it's her birthday so I took her shopping. And yeah her dad just took the plane home and told me to drop her off at the fire station. I don't know what to do and he told me if it bothered me I should just watch her. Mom please just come over." Taylor rambled and in the background she could head her mom already leaving her hotel roomed

Two minutes later Andrea entered the room and Taylor rushed into her mother's arms and for a second she saw a hint on envy on Juno's face.

"Mom, this is Juno." Taylor said and Andrea greeted the little, very overtired girl, politely. Juno tried to be polite but while talking she let out a yawn, and immediately got distracted by a mosquito that was flying around the bedside table.

"Okay, sweetie, would you mind staying here with Taylor for the night?" Andrea asked, and Juno smiled a little and Taylor also smiled reassuringly and Juno nodded.

"I don't have Pyjamas." Juno mumbled, a little shy around Taylor's mother apparently.

"Late night shopping." Taylor cheered loudly and Juno flinched a little and Andrea shot her a warning glance
