"So you're telling me you fixed a ship with no knowledge on ship engineering, learned the basics of a new language, found a lightsaber after narrowly escaping death and did it in five days? You're either really lucky or a really good liar." The woman in the armor sat across from Y/n in a dimly lit shop.

The shop's interior was cluttered with various mechanical parts, tools, and half-repaired droids. The air smelled of oil and metal.

At a workbench in the back, a gruff-looking man with grease-streaked overalls was working on Bix while they spoke.

Y/n nodded, leaning back in his chair. "I know it sounds unbelievable, but it's the truth. I was in a different galaxy, and my ship got attacked. I ended up in this galaxy by accident. I found the lightsaber when I was looking for parts to fix the ship, the cloak just came with it." He scanned the room before his eyes fell back on her. "Now, about the barrier you mentioned..."

The woman took a deep breath. "The barrier is a literal forcefield that surrounds this galaxy. It's been here for as long as anyone can remember. Theories vary, but it's generally accepted that it isolates us from the rest of the universe. Anyone who tries to breach it usually ends up dead or completely insane. That's why we don't get outsiders, and why I find your story hard to believe."

Y/n frowned, absorbing the information. "So, if it's so dangerous, how do I get past it?"

She shook her head, the two tendril-like extensions swaying with each move. "Are you not listening? It's a Force barrier, you're not even a force sensitive you have less than zero percent chance of getting through it."

"Force sensitive, the Force? What are you talking about, what's the Force?" Y/n tilted his head.

The woman paused, her gaze narrowing slightly as she studied Y/n. "The Force is a living energy field that binds the galaxy together. Some beings can sense and manipulate it, these individuals are known as Force-sensitive. They can perform feats that seem impossible to most others. The barrier surrounding our galaxy is tied to the Force.

Y/n's mind raced with new information before coming to a realization. "So you're saying that the Force is living energy that gives certain people supernatural abilities? Like telekinesis for example, you know picking up, pulling or pushing something without touching it?"

The woman nodded. as she saw Y/n's genuine curiosity. "Yes, exactly. Force-sensitive individuals can perform telekinesis, mind manipulation, and even see into the futur-

"I did it." Y/n interrupted.

"What?"

"I did it, I used the Force the first day I got here. I used it to push the monster thing that was chasing me away." He said, looking at his hands. "It was fast but it definitely happened."

The woman's eyes widened in surprise, her previously skeptical demeanor giving way to genuine curiosity. "You used the Force? You're sure?"

Y/n nodded. "I wasn't aware of what I was doing at the time. It felt instinctive, like a reflex. I didn't know it was the Force. But if it's real, then maybe there's a chance I could use it to find a way through the barrier."

The woman seemed to consider this new piece of information. "If you're Force-sensitive, then you should go to a Jedi Tenple. If you're lucky you might be able to get to the barrier alive in around 50 years of training if you make it to the Temple." She glanced at him, standing up. "I apologize for attacking you, I hope you can find a way home. I know how it feels to be taken from your home and thrown into an unfamiliar environment, may we meet again."

Y/n nodded, feeling a mixture of relief and uncertainty. "That time-frame doesn't work for me but thanks. I appreciate the apology and the information too, I guess I have a lot to learn if I'm going to get out of here."
