I woke up to the sound of sand and my bed dipped, I gasped and sat up to see a mostly regenerated Imhotep. I smiled tearfully, "My love?" Imhotep smiled, "Finally. I've missed you, Princess. I've missed our child." I teared up, "My love, before regaining my memories, I was married to another. This child is mine, but not yours." Imhotep placed a hand on my stomach, "I claim this child as mine, my dear. I'd move the stars for you." I smiled and cupped his cheeks, "I've miss you so." Imhotep kissed me softly and I completely forgot about Evy as Imhotep softly pushed me on my back as he continued kissing me.

I heard Evy screaming as the door busted in. Imhotep stopped kissing me and looked at Rick with anger as Rick glared at him, "Hey, get your ugly face off of her!" Imhotep's face degenerated a bit and he snarled, "How dare you! She is my wife!" Rick grinned, "Look what I got." Rick held up Evy's cat and Imhotep shrieked, turned into sand, and flew away. Evy, Rick, and Jonathan glared at me, speaking in unison, "Bad Hathor!" I groaned and smacked a pillow on my face as my siblings continued to lecture me about making out with a mummy.

We all piled in the car and headed to the museum, trying to look for something per Evy's advice. "Well, according to legend, the black book the Americans found at Hamunaptra is supposed to bring people back from the dead. Until now, it was a notion I was unwilling to believe." Rick walked behind Ardeth and Terrance, "Believe it, sister. That's what brought our buddy back to life." Evy nodded, "Yes. I'm thinking that if the black book can bring dead people to life..." Rick finished, "Then maybe the gold book can kill him." Evy nodded, "That's the myth. Now, we just have to find out where the gold book is hidden."

I stopped to hear chanting outside and I looked out the window to see many people chanting Imhotep's name as they walked to the museum front doors. Jon sighed, "Last but not least, my favorite plague, boils and sores." Ardeth put his hands on my shoulders, "They have become his slaves. No doubt to come for the Princess. So it has begun, the beginning of the end." Evy shook her head, "Not quite yet, it hasn't. Come on." I teared up and faced everyone, "What if I can convince him? All he wants is for my father's mistress to suffer. Maybe I can tell him that she is dead and it doesn't matter." Everyone looked at each other and Jonathan sighed, hugging me, "I wish it was that easy, sister. Who's to say he'll listen?"

Terrance nodded, "He's right. I know you want him to be here with you again, but it's too dangerous, Princess." I shook my head and followed them to where Evy was standing. Evy started reading, "According to Bembridge scholars, the golden Book of Amun-Ra is located inside the statue of Anubis." Daniels was confused, "That's where we found the black book." Evy nodded, "Exactly." Jonathan shrugged, "Looks like the old boys at Bembridge were mistaken." Evy nodded, "They mixed the books up. Mixed up where they were buried. So, if the black book is inside the statue of Anubis, then the golden book must be inside..."

I looked away from everyone and Daniels looked at me, "Seems like Hathor knows." Rick walked over, "Hathor." I glared at him, "I'll never tell you." Jonathan, sighed, "I know how much you love this guy, but he's bent on killing our sister for revenge. It's family or him!" I teared up, "He doesn't have to kill Evy. Just let me talk to him!" Rick glared at me, "Over my dead body! Where is the book!" The slaves busted into the building and Jonathan looked at our sister, "Come on, Evy. Faster." Evy kept reading, "Patience is a virtue. I can't blame Hathor. She has a right to want to be with him."

Rick faced Evy, "Not right now it isn't!" Jonathan ran away, "I think I'll go get the car started." Evy looked at me, "The golden Book of Amun-Ra is at Hamunaptra inside the statue of Horus! Princess Hathor switched them! Why would you do that?!" I groaned, "I was angry at Imhotep! I didn't want him to be resurrected because I thought he cheated on me!" Rick grabbed my arm, "I'm happy you found love again, but let's go!"

We all ran back out to the car and got in, Jon drove off into town. Jonathan slammed on the breaks and I whistled, looking at the slaves in front of us, "That is unsettling." Rick muttered, "And you still love this guy? Unbelievable." Rick slammed his food on top of Jonathan's and we sped forward. Ardeth and Terrance sat on either side of me and fought the slaves who tried to pull me out of the car. I gasped and grabbed Daniels' hand to try and keep him in the car, but I was overpowered. Daniels yelled for Rick, "O'Connell!" Rick looked at us and sneered, "Let go of her hand!" Daniels was yanked out of the car and I followed, hearing Evy scream my name.

I rolled on the ground and groaned as Daniels started shooting the slaves. The slaves stopped in front of Daniels as I was behind them all, then faced me. A hand appeared in front of my face and I smiled at Imhotep, taking his hand and getting up. Imhotep smiled softly, flesh still missing from part of his face, "Soon, my love. Soon." Imhotep looked at Daniels and walked to him, getting ready to be fully regenerated. I faced away as Daniels started screaming and jumped as a hand was placed on my back.

I turned to face Imhotep and smiled, "My love. Please. You are now regenerated. You do not need to resurrect my father's mistress. She is probably living an eternal punishment in the underworld." Imhotep shook his head, "She needs to pay for her crimes. Don't worry, my love. She has been nothing to be this entire time. You are my only love." Imhotep set a hand on my stomach and he guided me to where the other slaves were that surrounded my siblings, Rick, Ardeth, and Terrance.

Imhotep glared at Evy, "Come with me, murderer. It is time to make you pay for the crimes you committed for all eternity." Beni translated for everyone else, "Come with me, killer. It is time to make you pay for the crimes you committed forever." Evy sneered at Beni, "Murderer and for all eternity, idiot." Imhotep held his hand out to Evy, "Take my hand and I will spare your friends. I know that Hathor is fond of these people. It'd be wise for you to cooperate." Beni nodded, "Take my hand and I will spare your friends."

Evy looked at me and I looked at her sadly, shaking my head. Evy sighed and walked over to me, causing Imhotep to kiss my head softly. Rick shook his head and took his gun out, "No!" Ardeth grabbed his hand and Evy shook her head, "Don't! He has to take me to Hamunaptra to perform the ritual. He didn't listen to Hathor." Ardeth nodded, "She is right. Live today, fight tomorrow." Rick looked at Evy with an emotion and I smiled softly. He loves her. Rick glared at Imhotep, "I'll be seeing you again."

Imhotep kissed my lips before calling out, "Kill them all!" I gasped and Evy struggled against him, "No! Let go of me! Rick!" I glared at Imhotep, "You stubborn man! There is another way to do this!"
