Eric's PoV
I saw Carly in the corridor and I was going to ask her if she wanted to go out for ice cream with me.
"Hey Carly" I said waving.
"Hey Eric" she said and was going to walk past.
"Do you want to go out for ice cream sometime" I said hoping she would say yes because I have no friends.
"Sorry I cant bye" she said and walked away.
Maybe my mum is right I am a disappointment with no friends.

I walked into Reeces office to see if he has any jobs for me. I had to fix the shelf in the baby room which Carly was in. I walked in fixed the shelf then walked out and it was the end of my shift. My mum courtney was picking me up.
Then she rang me.
Courtney- Eric where the fuck are you
Eric- sorry mum I'm in the nursery getting my stuff
Courtney- your making me wait around I have better things to do you disappointment
Eric- sorry mum I'm coming outside right now
Courtney- good
Then she ended. I kept thinking why does she hate me so much it isn't fair.
"When you get home you can go to your room I don't want to see you" my mum said and drove off.

15 minutes later
We got home and a took a little longer than usual. I got out of the car and ran to my room before my mum could say anything. She didn't come in after me then u heard a car drive off.
I'm home alone all night again for the second week in a row.
I didn't know what to do I just started crying.
I didn't know how long I was crying for but when I looked out the window the sun was setting. I couldn't be bothered to go and get food I wasn't hungry even tho I last ate at 7am.

3hours later
It was now 12am and I couldn't sleep. I grabbed my weed and a blade. It's not very often I smoke but I do it when I can't sleep.
I rolled a joint but I'm only going to have one because I have work at 7:30am and Reece is picking me up. I smoked it until I couldn't anymore I felt abit dizzy.
I grabbed the blade and I rolled my sleeves up.
I just looked at the scars that covered my arms.
Why am I doing this to myself. I thought then dragged the blade across my arm all the thoughts are gone. I carried on until my arm was dripping with blood. I went to the bathroom and cleaned my arm I couldn't be bothered to put a bandage on.

Carly's PoV
I felt so guilty for the way I spoke to Eric. I don't know why I did I was in a bad mood and I took it out on him.
I was waiting in the office waiting for Reece to come back from the toilet so he can take me home. He came back and said
"You ready to go car" I nodded and stood up with my bag and walked to his car.
"Carly you okay" he asked as he turned the car on. "Fine" I replied getting agitated.
"Carly you sure" he asked pushing me.
"Reece oh my god im said I'm fine so shut up"
I said and instantly regretted it. I looked at him and he looked hurt. I turned away as we drove to pick up Marjorie.

5 minutes later
We got to Marjorie's nursery and I got in the each and Majorie got in the front.
"Carly my love are you alright" Marjorie asked I wanted to tell her but it was petty.
"Fine" I said again looking away.
She was going to say something but nodded then turned away.

10 minutes later
We got to my house and is told out the car and said. "Thanks and I'm sorry" then walked to the house before he could reply. I turned around and made eye contact with him. He smiled and I smiled back.
I went straight to my bedroom ignoring my mum and siblings. I got to my room and chucked my bag by my desk and threw myself on my bed. I just cuddled into my duvet until I heard a knock at my door.
"Carly you alright my love I have some food here for you" my mum said but I wasn't hungry. "I'm not hungry" I said and then she spoke again.
"Carly you have to eat even if it's a little bit" she said opening my door.
"No mum I am not hungry" I said rolling over and looking away so I was facing the wall not her. "Right Carly you need to eat or I'll get Reece to go and get your meal deals and he'll come here and eat them with you" she said and i groaned.
"What food is it" I said.
"Tuna pasta" she said.
"Mum I don't want that can you make me a pot noodle" I asked knowing she would say yes.
"Okay I'll be back up in 5-10 minutes" she said and I nodded and smiled at her.
Whilst she was gone I got a makeup bag. I put blades, plasters, bandages and tissue. I then heard my mum coming back upstairs so I chucked the bag down the side of my bed and led back in bed.
"What were you up too whilst I was downstairs" she said smiling and placing the pot noodle next to me.
"Oh nothing I was just trying to find some pajamas but failed" I said fake giggling to make it more believable.
"Oh by the way I'm probably going to go to sleep after this so don't come in please" I said hoping it's not suspicious.
"Okay darling goodnight if you need anything message me or shout me I love you" she said walking out.
"Love you too" I said and stood up I knew I wasn't going to sleep but if I wanted to stay awake without anyone coming in I'll need my headphones. I found them in the bottom of my work bag. I then grabbed my pot noodle and poured it down the toilet that's connected to my bedroom. I put the pot noodle cup on my desk and led in bed with my headphones in listening to music.
