The next day I reluctantly get ready for school struggling with the tie again and grumble as I go to brush my teeth then meet Seojun in the kitchen I surprised to see Gowoon there as well. She looks at me and immediately tackles me in a hug I blinking in surprise but hug the younger girl back. "I heard what happened to you yesterday oppa. I'm sorry you were humiliated like that." My expression softens and I say softly. "It's okay I can handle a few bullies and jerks." She pulls away smiling at me then my gaze goes to Seojun I sheepishly holding my tie up he shaking his head but steps forward and grabs the tie before tying it for me I trying to keep a blush from forming because of how close he is. Once he's done I give him an appreciative "thanks" only to see Gowoon give me a knowing smirk I immediately giving her a look before speaking up. "We should probably head to school." They both nod and we all head out to the bus stop since their mom will be home early so Seojun can't ride his motorcycle. Once we reach the school Gowoon parts ways with us and I follow Seojun over to Jukyung and Suho. Jukyung gives me a kind smile while Suho gives a firm nod of greeting I giving a weak smile back. Jukyung then hugs me tightly I hugging her back she slowly pulling away and says angrily. "I can't believe that girl did that to you. What'd you ever do to her?" I give her a halfhearted smile. "I wouldn't go out with her and insulted her a little so she wanted to hurt me apparently." They all frown at me and I clear my throat excusing myself to head to the bathroom. After I use the bathroom and wash my hands I suddenly tense when a guy my height maybe slightly taller walks in he actually giving me a kind smile. "Hi I'm Kim Sungyoon. I just want you to know that I think it took a lot of bravery to come out in front of the whole school." I blink at him in surprise before shifting shyly. "Yeah well I wasn't about to be forced into being straight." He hums then says softly. "I admire your courage. Anyways I was wondering if you would go on a date with me. Just the two of us privately without anyone else in school knowing yet." I look a little surprised and study his face my stomach knotting up since it's not Seojun but I know I'll never have a chance with Seojun so I say softly. "Sure. What day and time?" He grins telling me he'll pick me up tonight at five putting his information into my phone before we part ways I heading to my class. I quickly make my way to my desk a little smile on my face as I focus on taking notes. Once class is over Jukyung rushes over to me with a frown. "Are you okay? You were gone forever." I smile reassuringly and actually look a bit shy. "I'm fine. Actually I have a date tonight." She looks at me surprised I not noticing Seojun's intense stare as Jukyung starts bouncing around. "Who is it?! I didn't think anyone else would be gay at this school." I shrug as we start heading for gym. "He said his name is Kim Sungyoon. He's actually really good looking and was nice to me." She looks at me a little curiously. "I don't think I've heard of him. At least not in our grade." I shrug a little. "I don't know." We part for a moment as we go get changed then take a seat on the bleachers Jukyung giving me a curious look. "So what's this guy look like?" I look thoughtful for a moment thinking back on his features. "Well he's got dark hair with bangs just across his eyes and he has really pretty dark eyes. He's just barely taller than me and was extremely nice but I kind of wasn't supposed to tell anybody in school." She immediately looks curious. "Why not?" I go to say that I don't know when suddenly the teacher gets our attention he saying loudly. "We have a new teaching assistant from college who's going to be working here for a while so be on your best behavior. Now let's welcome Mr Kim." A male figure enters the gym only for me to choke on air when I see the young man who asked me out. Jukyung gives me a confused worried look and I lean over to her whisper yelling. "That's him!" Her eyes widen and she seems to observe him before looking back at me. "No wonder he didn't want you to tell anyone. He's a teacher." I frown slightly murmuring softly. "I don't know if I should go through with this especially since he's our teacher." Jukyung goes to say something when Seojun speaks up. "He's probably just trying to get you into bed." I frown and Jukyung slaps his arm. "Be nice he seems like a decent guy." Seojun goes to reply when the teacher gets our attention again. "Today we're going to play baseball. So I'm going to form two teams. One team will be with me and the other with Mr Kim." Soon we all get put on each team I thankfully ending up with Jukyung on Mr Kims team we chatting quietly when suddenly Jukyung nods behind me I turning around curiously only to see the teaching assistant Sungyoon give me a sly wink and smirks when I get a little flustered. Jukyung then leans forward whispering softly. "I think you have two admirers." I look at her in confusion only for her to nod and I turn my face to see Seojun glaring at Sungyoon I immediately scoffing. "He's probably just worried in a brotherly or friendly manner." She goes to say something when we're suddenly called to make a line so everyone can get a chance to bat. I stay towards the back feeling nervous and uncomfortable it getting to my turn sooner than I expected. I grab the bat and get it in position then try to swing at the ball only to epically fail and spin around from the force I used. Everyone immediately laughs at me only for the people on our team to shut up at the stern look from Sungyoon. Then the next thing I know is he's behind me and carefully helps me grip the bat his strong hands enveloping mine. The balls thrown and I'm guided into swinging the bat I immediately looking surprised when the ball goes quite far I snapping out of it and then run to first base. Soon the game ends and so does class I going to head to the bathroom when Sungyoon calls my name I pausing and look at him curiously as he approaches me. "I hope me being a teaching assistant doesn't affect our date tonight." Seeing his hopeful expression I can't say no so I agree. "It doesn't. I'll still go out with you." He immediately perks up and grins. "Good. See you tonight." I nod and go to get dressed before heading for the cafeteria where I grab a tray and take my seat I looking at Jukyung with a pout. "I have no idea what to wear tonight." She gives me a reassuring smile. "I'll come over and help you get ready." I thank her appreciatively then put our trays away it soon the end of the day. Seojun, Jukyung, Gowoon and I are heading for the bus Gowoon, Jukyung and I chatting excitedly about my date tonight I not noticing Seojun being quieter than usual. Once we reach his house I drag Jukyung to my room and we start going through different outfits until we choose one I immediately going to get ready in the bathroom. Soon it gets to be five and I pace anxiously until there's a knock on the door I rushing over and open it smiling at Sungyoon I having texted him the address. He smiles back at me then holds his hand out. "Ready to go?" I nod taking his hand and then follow him out the door feeling anxious but excited.
