Ch 12

(Seojun's Pov)

Watching as Skylar runs away as soon as I start heading over I frown only to turn my head and see an angry Jukyung glaring at me. "What?" She gives me a sharp look. "You really did it this time Seojun. You destroyed Skylar." I'm immediately confused and worried. "What? What'd I do?" She gives me a stern expression. "You made him think that you're disgusted with him." I blink and frown. "I'm not disgusted with him. Why would he think that?" Jukyung crosses her arms over her chest and looks at me like I'm stupid. "Maybe because you almost kissed him but ran away from him immediately." I blink then shift a little awkwardly. "Yeah I did do that. But it wasn't because I was disgusted with him." Suho raises an eyebrow at me. "Then why did you run away?" I sigh a little. "I was overwhelmed. We just got away from those jerks chasing us who hurt Skylar." I grumble a little continuing. "I was pissed off by the idea of some asshole stealing his virginity and then he started getting all flustered and admitted that he'd do anything as long as it makes me safe." Jukyung gives me a knowing smile. "You have feelings for him." I immediately splutter in denial. "I do not!" Jukyung goes to speak but Suho thankfully tells us to come on to class I following the couple. Once we're in class I frown when I don't see Skylar in his seat I feeling worried and concerned. I don't even bother with focusing on class I instead lost in thought about Skylar until the bell rings signaling the end of class I reluctantly heading to the locker room. Once I'm ready I make my way towards the bleachers only to pause when I hear quiet arguing I making my way behind the bleachers only to see Skylar and Sungyoon. "Come on give me another chance. I've said I'm sorry countless times." I see Skylar's being pinned against the wall and he immediately tries to escape. "Look I told you it's over." Just as Skylar goes to leave my blood boils when that asshole roughly grabs him slamming him against the wall. "Hey! You better let him go right now!" The jerk looks at me calmly. "This doesn't concern you now leave." I immediately shove him off of Skylar standing in front of him protectively. "It does concern me when you're hurting him. You need to accept that you got dumped and he doesn't want to see you anymore." The older narrows his eyes at me. "Why should I stop pursuing him? He's not got anyone else after him and it's not like he's the best looking. He should be honored I'm even interested." My eyes narrow I seeing Skylar flinch out of the corner of my eye and I unconsciously blurt out without thinking. "You need to stop pursuing him because he's mine. And you need to shut up about his looks because he's beautiful and it should've been an honor that you got his attention." The older raises an eyebrow at me. "He's yours? Seriously? I hardly believe that since you were making goo,goo eyes at that girl not that long ago." I give him a slight look saying honestly. "I don't like her anymore. And yes seriously. He's mine so beat it." He suddenly looks me over with a smirk. "Prove it. If he's really yours then kiss him." I stare at him my stomach twisting with a weird feeling and I go to protest but he cuts me off. "If you're lying then I will keep on making a move." My eyes narrow I getting a deep feeling of aggravation and possessiveness I turning around and move closer gently cupping Skylar's cheek he murmuring quietly. "Seojun you don't have to do this." I look into his eyes for a moment my heart beating out of my chest as I lean down pressing our lips together in a firm kiss. I feel Skylar immediately melt into me I feeling tingles run through my entire body as I kiss him softly he running his hands up my chest and he gently grabs my shirt tugging me closer against his body. The kiss soon starts to deepen my mind completely blank except for the thought of Skylar I pinning him against the wall gently but firmly as we fight for dominance only for Skylar to let out a little moan it snapping me out of it and I quickly pull away before I turn to the older man who looks pissed off I glaring at him. "There you saw your proof now leave us alone." He grumbles but leaves and I turn to Skylar my mind racing with a million different thoughts. "Let's go back to Jukyung." He slowly nods and we leave heading up the bleachers stairs until we reach Jukyung. "What took you guys so long?" I say a little firmly. "That asshole teachers assistant was trying to pressure Skylar into staying with him and was hurting him. So I intervened." She looks at Skylar worriedly who's just quiet and staring off into space I feeling concerned but the gym teacher comes out and gets everyone's attention he telling us we have a free period to play basketball or we can walk laps around the gym. Before I can say anything Skylar quickly grabs Jukyung's arm and drags her down the bleachers before starting to walk around I immediately frowning.

(Skylar's Pov)

Quickly but gently grabbing Jukyung's arm I lead her down the bleachers then start walking around she giving me a worried look. "Are you alright?" I sigh before admitting softly. "When Sungyoon was hurting me Seojun lied and told him that I was his and that he better stop pursuing me." I shift a little before continuing. "Well Sungyoon told him to prove it by kissing me and even though I told him he didn't have to do it he kissed me anyways." Jukyung stares at me wide eyed. "Whoa. I can't believe he kissed you." I shrug and murmur softly. "It was just to get Sungyoon off my back." Jukyung looks at me with a raised eyebrow. "Skylar he obviously likes you. He gets jealous when other guys show interest and he's extremely possessive of you." I remember yesterday and my face flushes remembering the stern possessive look on his face. "If that's true then why does he deny liking me?" She gives me a sympathetic look. "Maybe he's going through a crisis about liking a guy." I immediately make a face. "That doesn't help Jukyung." She gives me a sympathetic look and pats my shoulder and soon gym is over with sooner than I'd like. I sigh but go to the bathroom to change back into my uniform then I leave and instead of going to lunch I just walk around the school before I decide to go ahead and head to class I taking my seat. As I'm sitting there I suddenly hear footsteps along with Seojun's voice. "There you are. I was worried when you didn't come to lunch." I don't meet his gaze I murmuring a flat "I'm not hungry." It's quiet when suddenly my chin is gently grabbed and I'm being made to look at Seojun. "What's wrong?" I jerk my head away from him saying flatly. "It's nothing." He raises an eyebrow at me. "It's obviously something because you're acting off." Feeling frustrated and upset I explode a little. "You're confusing and frustrating you know that right? You get mad if someone shows interest in me or gets close to me but act all disgusted when something makes us get close. Then you kiss me out of nowhere and I get Sungyoon kinda pressured you but you could've stopped after a quick kiss." He frowns slightly about to say something but I cut him off. "And it hurts because you act all disgusted after it happened. I don't want you to do things like that out of pity if it makes you uncomfortable." He says in a firm serious voice. "Skylar I'm not disgusted by it. I'm confused and I'm mostly confused because the kiss didn't make me uncomfortable. I'm sorry it seemed like I was disgusted but I'm not I promise." I raise an eyebrow at him before saying firmly. "You don't like me though. At least not romantically. And I don't want my heart to be shattered in the end so don't kiss me or anything if you don't plan on being serious." He flinches but nods in understanding before changing the subject. "I have a photoshoot this afternoon and I was wondering if you could do my makeup." I raise an eyebrow at him but agree and he takes his seat beside me as the rest of the class piles in I immediately focusing on the lessons.
