Sentinel peaks

In Sentinel peaks....

The Shadow lieutenant, Richard is waiting for reinforcement to pick them up while princess Raiden tied up on the ground squirming and trying to get freed and run away.

Richard: ok, seems like reinforcement will be here in 30 minutes to pick us up , so I recommend to sit tight and stay quiet while we wait.
Raiden: won't get away with this, Max will come and save.
Richard: Max? Oh that rude boy from earlier, well I won't count on it, even though the shadow assassins are the weakest in the Voidwatchers in terms of strength, but even the lowest Shadow assassin can take out five imperial knights all by themselves, and at the moment your little friend are against 10 of them, he has no hope of surviving, the only thing that will be left is a pile of shredded flesh. But before that, they make sure that he'll experience immense torture before finally cutting him down.
Raiden: you piece of shit! You're monsters!

After what Raiden just , Richard couldn't help but to laugh histerically , then suddenly grabbing by her mouth and said "you got quite a filthy mouth dontcha? Wild lightning princess." Then Richard placed a knife near her face and said " recommend you shut up, unless you want to have a couple scars on your face." Raiden was taken over with fear and couldn't talk back and was left shaking. After threatening the princess, he pushed her away and told her with a grin in his face " When reinforcements pick us up, you can say goodbye to everyone you love cause you won't ever get to see them ever again." The princess, feeling useless in this situation, was only left to but aimlessly scream out for help.

Raiden: HEEEEEELLLLLPPPPPPPP!!

Meanwhile, back in the city....

The streets were filled with the bodies of the shadow assassins' beaten  and unconscious body. In the middle of all this , Max was standing there , with an assassin under one of his feet and another in his hands. He questioned the assassin for answers on where the princess was taken, but the assassin resisted and taken his own life by taking a suicide pill hidden in his to prevent information from  leaking. Max, shocked from this checked the others but they also took their own lives. Max was left frustrated, unable to figure out the location of where they took Raiden.

"HEEEEEELLLLLPPPPPPPP!!"

Suddenly an echoing scream for help was heard across the city.

Max: Wait, that scream is from the princess , but it sounds to be coming from far away.

Max turned around and looked at the map to figure out where it might come from. Then Max figured out what place can produce an echoing scream across the city, Sentinel Peaks.

He tries to run towards sentinel peaks but his body is still exhausted and full of cuts from the fight. His body suddenly collapses on the ground, Max tries to force his body to move but is unable to, seems like the cuts he received were dipped in some poison.

His mind began to go hazy, everything spinning, slowly losing his consciousness, with a single thought in his mind. " If only i could remove  the poison in my system, I would be able to save princess Raiden". Then he finally passes out.

Meanwhile at the Castle...  

A middle-aged man in a blue naval uniform that resembles a mix of old and modern design is having a cup of coffee peacefully until someone starts knocking at the door and yelling, "Captain! Captain Price! Please open up, we have urgent news to relay."

Capt.Price: Sigh... Right when it's my break, coming.

"Door opens"

Capt.Price: what is it soldier?
Soldier: Captain Price, we have detected some weird energy signatures in the city.
Capt.Price: is that so? Is there anything else ?
Soldier: uh, yes sir, there has been a loud disturbance coming from sentinel peaks.
Capt.Price: Loud disturbances? Probably just some tourists yelling at the peak.
Soldier: well, at first that's what we thought but-
Capt.Price: but what?
Soldier: um, we discovered that the princess of Neoterra is there and it seems like she is tied up by the mysterious man next to her.
Capt.Price: THE PRINCESS OF NEOTERRA!! What are all of you doing?! the princess is in trouble, go and alert everyone!
Soldier: YES SIR!( Salutes and immediately informs everyone)
Capt.Price: Sigh... This generation is hopeless, ugh!

Back at Sentinel peaks....

A giant purple bird with cloaked men on top has arrived on top of Sentinel peaks. Richard glances towards the princess with a smirk on his face, saying " looks like our ride is here, we should get moving now, princess."

Richard: You two, get the princess on the bird, we must leave immediately.
Shadow assassins: Yes sir!

The two Shadow assassins walk up to the princess and try to pick her up but before they could , suddenly a blue portal appears on top of  them and then comes out Max from the portal and falls towards the assassins, split kicking them in the face and landing besides the princess, then Richard turns to see what happened and was left shocked of Max was still alive and was able to knocked out two of his men.

Max looks at princess Raiden directly at says " are you alright princess?", " yeah I'm all fine, thanks to you." Said the princess. Max then unties her and tells her to leave and get to safety, but she refuses to leave him and suggests that she help him fight "I won't leave you, he's a Shadow lieutenant and they are known to be very dangerous." But Max says "No" and tells her again to get out of here and get help from the castle. The princess finally listened and left Max to fight Richard alone.

Richard: Seems like you're more trouble than you look brat!( Gets out his whip and readying for combat)
Max: I get that a lot.
Richard: well, show me what you're made of! "WHIP!"
