I was sent to capture the CIA's most wanted fugitive.
But things took a tragic turn,
My entire team was murdered before my eyes, and I was kidnapped by said fugitive.
It seemed like my government had forgotten me and I became a puppet for the fugi...

"The president will be watching this operation from the situation room." Director Wilcox hints and I pause.
"The President of the United States?" I ask trying to mask my surprise.
"The leader of the free world indeed." He shakes his head. "Andreas Hidalgo is also a threat to National Security and a terrorist since Dr. Snow's murder." I feel a chill up my spine as I remember the lifeless body with the knives stabbed five ways into his head. His handless arms, and the note in the box sent to Laurel.
"But this is a classified operation." I state.
"The only people with access to Code Hidalgo are us, the National Security Advisor, the President and the Joint Chiefs."
"The joint chiefs? but this is hardly a military operation"
"I heard the President will be dispatching the SEAL team because of the Devil that is Andreas Hidalgo and also for the protection of Agents like you, Agent Wright and others who will be on site."
"I wasn't aware this was so important to Washington, the White House even." I scan through the briefing I'm about to give in the situation room.
"Try not to say that when you're on phone with the President of the United States." He sighs. "Andreas Hidalgo took credit for a bombing in one of our embassies overseas, that makes him a threat to National Security, hence the white House,"
"What?" My eyes widen.
"He'll also be briefed on the operation."
"I thought that's the job of Laurel and his chief of staff." I sigh as we exit Director Wilcox's office for the briefing room.
"You're the Agent in Charge and he asked to speak with you before the operation begins."
I stop in my steps and Director Wilcox moves four steps forward before he turns to me. "What?"
I gulp and I shake my head. "We still have a killer on the loose, a killer we know nothing about."
"And when we catch Andreas we will have that information." Director Wilcox says. "Now it's time for you to brief the most powerful man in the world."
We enter the briefing room. The field agents are all geared up, waiting for my signal. Underground this building, the SEAL team and other field agents are prepping, waiting for my orders. The phone on the desk rings and I share looks with Director Wilcox, Agent Wright and Rodriguez before I take it.
"Good evening, Mr. President."
His voice rolls in on the line, "I believe I'm speaking to Agent Laura Hill."
"Yes, Mr. President."
"How positive are you about Code Hidalgo?"
"With all the odds in my favour, it's a good eighty percent, sir."
