After an evening of baseball and bonding around the campfire in Claire's backyard, a new day dawned as Claire woke early, eager to get a start on the day. Her plan was to show Bethany around the campus of Jack and Claire's alma mater, the university where she was now an English professor. She was delighted to have the whole weekend to enjoy more time with them. Her husband, Rick, had taken their son, Zach on a golfing trip for the weekend, leaving her with plenty of time and space to reconnect with Jack and his beautiful girlfriend.

Jack was eager to share more of his past with Bethany and spend more time with Claire after an unexpected reunion the previous weekend and not having seen each other for more than a decade. Claire was just as beautiful as the first time he saw her back in high school and he was thrilled to have her back in his life. He had always considered her a lifelong friend, though they'd lost touch after college.

Bethany, having met Claire for the first time just a week earlier, had felt an instant rapport with Jack's longtime friend. She and Claire had already become quite close, despite the potential rivalry for Jack's affection. Claire had implied several times that her marriage was less than satisfactory but hadn't gone into much detail. Bethany was confident enough in her relationship with Jack that she didn't fear that Claire might be looking to move on from her husband and rekindle her rather complicated relationship with Jack.

As Jack drove them to campus, Bethany was wondering what kinds of stories Claire and Jack held in store for her, now that they were going to be in the same buildings where the ongoing introduction to all things sexual had taken place all those years ago. She had already learned quite a bit about how Jack's college girlfriend, Riley, and he had effectively tutored Claire, showing her, in explicit detail, everything they had been doing together as a couple.

A wave of nostalgia hit Jack hard as he pulled into the lot adjacent to the student union. As they walked through the distinctive doorway of the building he had spent so much time in as an undergrad, he was flooded with images from his past. It felt both familiar and a little strange at the same time, being back here for the first time in years. Having Claire there with him had him feeling almost as if time had stood still.

"God, there are memories tucked around every corner of this campus," Jack marveled, sharing a glance with Claire, who smiled at him in agreement.

Bethany watched the two of them as they took in their familiar surroundings. Claire waved her over to the vast floor-to-ceiling windows that looked out across the campus mall. It was a beautiful campus, situated on acres of old-growth forest alongside a scenic river. "Just as beautiful as both of you have been telling me," she said.

Claire and Jack smiled at each other, happy to hear that Bethany seemed to share their affinity for the stunning campus scenery.

"Well, it looks to me like we have the whole campus pretty much to ourselves," Claire observed, having noticed only a handful of students and parents, presumably there on campus tours, and the normal student population gone for the summer. "What would you like to see first, Bethany?"

Bethany glanced between Jack and Claire. "Well, you two are the ones telling me all the stories. Seems like we should see your old dorm rooms... where... everything happened?"

"Almost everything," Jack said, sharing a knowing look with Claire.

"Nice to know you didn't restrict yourselves to the privacy of your own dorms," Bethany said, thick with sarcasm, but curious to learn about any other interesting locations where they had been intimate with Riley or, perhaps, each other.

"Well, that would include the library, I guess," Claire said with a blush.

"Oh, interesting," Bethany said. "I'm a library geek," she admitted. "Aren't all of us teachers library geeks at heart, Claire?"
