21: Black Day

[Parfait]

Next Day. At the kitchen

     Muffin and I will cook Black Noodles. I'm wondering why Helene wants us to cook this dish. Muffin knows how to cook this dish so she's the head chef for today. While she's cooking the sauce and I can smell the essence. It's new for my senses yet I want to taste

Parfait: Pearl, what's today?

Pearl: today is Black Day

     That's why we see a lot of people wearing black clothes. Today is Black Day. Many singles or those people who are unlucky in love will celebrate today, celebrating their singledom and eating black noodles or food to comfort them

     I start to shed tears while cooking the noodles

Muffin: Par, the noodles will taste like your tears

Pearl: you know today is black day...

Lun: Par, why??

     the 3 of them start hugging me, while the Princess is staring at me. Want to know why I'm crying? I'll do a flashback...

     One evening, mother called me, she told me that Hero was dating someone, she saw them kissing in one of the cafes in Provence. She sent me a picture as a proof. I refuse to believe until I borrowed Princess Helene's computer last night (good thing, she lent me) and I saw his page. I saw his one of his pictures with that girl. They are all recent ones... I tried to video chat with him and he said : " I don't want to wait for you Parfait, you lied to me, you broke our promise"... "Yes, I'm dating her and she's better than you". He removed the ring and throw it out

     What the heck!? did I lied? did I broke a promise?. I can't believe this!!! I start to cry, My heart is breaking ... I feel weak, I feel miserable but when I face my 3 friends and the princess, I'm just pretending that I'm okay

     End of flashback ~~ and I suddenly get the torch

Parfait: AAAARRRGGGGHHHH!!!

     I release the fire, Muffin and Helene starts to dock to avoid the flame. Pearl immediately gets the torch from me and Lun starts holding me. I kneel on the floor and I shed a lot of tears

Parfait: ... I- I shouldn't leave him

Lun: you told him that you're in a vacation. That's his fault, he didn't think about you! if he did, he will not think of cheating

     Pearl and Muffin continue to cook while Lun comforts me, the princess--

Helene: I'll go buy black soda at the shop

Lun: no, you stay here. Let us buy the soda. Par, go with me

Helene: She has to stay and I can go with you no one wants to harm us, right?

      So Lun and the Princess go out from the house. I approach Pearl and Muffin

Parfait: let me finish that

Pearl: are you sure?

Parfait: now, I have a reason to celebrate this day

Lunch Time came

     We are in the garden and we're all wearing black. The food are also black. We really look good...

Muffin: You are not heartbroken, why you want to celebrate this?

Helene: I once confessed to David Rose, he rejected me, so I'm heartbroken

     Muffin bursts soda to Parfait.

Parfait: Muffin!!! ...Grr!!!

Muffin: I'm sorry Par ... Princess, did you say David Rose?

      David Rose is the young heir of the Rose Empire, the supreme business company in the world. I really like him for he's handsome.

Muffin: David is a brat and so full of himself, find someone else!!

Helene: I like him very much Muffin, please help me, don't be cruel

Muffin: Princess, if the person likes you he will not reject you...bear that in your mind

Lun: but why Emmanuel likes you even he likes Vallerine more?

Muffin: that stupid boy!! .... and don't include him in this talk, okay?

Pearl: do you want to ask Brown? he can allow you leave this assignment

Parfait: what for? for Hero? No need!

     Parfait stands up

Parfait: LET'S CELEBRATE THIS DAY AND LAUGH OUR PROBLEMS OUT!!!

Helene,Muffin,Lun,Pearl: YEAH!!!!

     We toast together

     After lunch, we go out from the house and starts walking around. We see a lot of people wearing black clothes, Oh well, as Parfait said, laugh our problems out. They go around to shop, they go to photobooths to take pictures and they fool around.
