35. Proposal

Karan's pov

"The meeting was hectic." She said and I nodded.

"Yup but I am glad it's finally over and now we can roam around." I said excitedly.

I am the one who should probably be talking about the work since it's my responsibility too but here it's the opposite.

"Yeahhh but can we please go to hotel room to rest for some time before roaming again?" She said hugging my arm.

"As you wish but before that let's eat lunch. I heard there is a famous restaurant nearby. Let's go there." I said holding her hand.

She nodded immediately after realising that she is very hungry. We reached there and sat at a table.

We took the menu and ordered our food. We both decided to order choclate crossiant and coffee.

While our order was getting prepared I decided to utilise the time and do something very important.

Flirt with my girlfriend.

"Btw did I tell you that you look very hot today." I said kissing the back of her hand.

She nodded while chuckling. How does she manage to look so hot and cute at the same time.

"Oh l already did. Then Let me say it again. You look soo hot that I think I am about to lose my breath." I said making eye contact.

She laughed again and blushed at my compliment. She started carressing my hand too.

"Even you look very hot Karan. As usual." She said making me smile. Uff I feel great right now.

Then the food arrived and we both ate like we were hungry since centuries.

Due to the meeting we actually were not able to eat the breakfast. That's why we feel soo hungry right now.

I must say the food is delicious and even Ridhima agrees with me. If she likes it then I like it. No arguments.

After paying for the lunch we returned back to the room to rest. She slept while cuddling me.

There is no way that I will be able to sleep knowing that I am gonna propose her to marry me in a few hours.

I feel so scared and nervous. Various what ifs are running in my mind.

What if she thinks that it is too early for us to marry?

What if she thinks that I am impatient?

What if she just doesn't want to marry me?

My chain of thoughts broke once she hugged me tighter in her sleep. I saw her smiling in her sleep.

"I love you Karan." She murmured in her sleep. A smile came onto my face.

"I love you too baby. Sleep now." I said patting her head. She hummed and fell into deep sleep.

What ever happen will be god's choice.

I thought sooo and slept too. I hope everything goes alright.

Ridhima's pov

"How far is it?" I asked as we were walking on the street while holding hands (ofcourse).
