~What else should i say ?
~When my words have no meanings
~To someone like you
~My fury is unseen
~My frustrations are a child's play
~My word's are nothing now, aren't they ?
~But that has stopped affecting me anyways
~When you chose to do that
~My heart crumbled into dust
~I realised the fact
~That i really mean something to you
~And was not worth changing for
~So , i'll step outside
~I'll distance myself from you
~And let you decide yourself
~If you ever really just want to see me again
~With all that's left , i refuse
~To just let you know everything about myself
~The game of distance i've became a master at
~Your word's have no say now
~Your fake reassurances I discard them
~Your anger on someone else
~I was nothing like you
~But i , now truly am nothing like you
~But every now & then
~When i hear the phrase "Like my dad"
~My inner voice joins it too
~Because deep down i know it's the truth
~I end up trembling again
~But hey I am ME
~You are YOU
~Whatever or However it may be
~No one can take away your sense of self away from you
