~Yes i'm not fine actually
~Can you please not say a word of this to anyone
~I don't know what the future holds
~I don't know why i'm like this
~I don't want to have panic attacks
~I don't want to feel guilty
~I don't want to lose myself
~I don't want you to get the wrong idea
~I don't know what destiny has at play
~I don't know anything at all
~Can all of these kind's of thoughts be stopped for once & for all ?
~I just don't want to feel anything
~Can anyone do something ?
~I'm stuck inside a cage
~Leaving me no room to escape
~So please , before i break
~Could you free me from it's space
~Please be gentle with me again
~So many questions unanswered
~I can't bring myself to say
~Because the voice in my head just stopped
~So please be my safe place
~I don't want my family & friends to know
~So please help me calm the heck down
~By being my sole safe place
