Hands were shaking while they were holding a pencil. She couldn't even take notes and study before her classes started. How could she? She woke up and another piece of paper was waiting for her.
That means that the Koburas were at her college, infront of her dorm room while she was sleeping. It was either the Koburas or bounty hunters that they payed.
"No one will miss you, you're just another piece of meat!!"
Ran would miss her, right? Shion would too, and so would Rindou. Maybe even Mochi, Muto, Kakucho and Izana would too.
Her cat, who was at Shion's, since she couldn't bring a cat to college, would miss her too.
She's a living, breathing, walking, human; She's not 'just a piece of meat'.
But in the eyes of the Koburas she is. She's just a weapon that could be used to take care of Tenjiku. They killed other girls, they're not scared to kill her. And they are not afraid to torture her mentally aswell, before torturing her psychically.
She knows this mind game. She is just a girl who can't protect herself against a gang and bounty hunters, they are not afraid to hurt her. The only strong thing about her is her mentality, but playing with her would be enough to destroy her mental health.
She knows this trick. They are showing her that they found her, they are telling her that they are capable of hurting her any minute, and they are showing it too, since they show that they could get to her whenever they want to. They are just having fun with her, they are playing games, and their games started with mental games.
They are doing all of this on purpose. They want to scare her, so she could tell someone in Tenjiku, probably the main goal is Ran, and when they hurt her they can get rid of him too.
They want her to tell Ran about this, so Ran will keep his guard up, and once he finds her dead he will become vulnerable enough so they could kill him.
It's stupid to not tell Ran, but it is also stupid to tell Ran. She could call the police, but since they didn't touch her, and she never saw their faces the police won't do anything.
