It was a bright, sunny morning when the results were finally announced. There had been whispers of the date for days, but when the official notification came, hearts raced in anticipation.

After weeks of anxious waiting, the moment of truth had arrived.

Kiara sat at her desk, the laptop open in front of her, her hands trembling slightly as she clicked through to the results portal.

She wasn't sure if it was excitement or nerves—or maybe a mix of both—but her heart pounded loudly in her chest.

Ayush had texted her that morning. "Whatever happens, we're going to be fine. We've got each other," he had written, and though the words were simple, they had brought her a sense of calm.

The portal loaded slowly, almost as if it were teasing her, building up the tension. And then, finally, her results appeared on the screen.

97.2%.

Kiara blinked, unable to believe it. She had done it. She had not only met her expectations but exceeded them.

Her eyes quickly filled with tears—tears of relief, of pride, of everything she had worked so hard for finally paying off.

Almost instinctively, her fingers flew over the keyboard as she opened the group chat.

Kiara: "97.2%!! I can't believe it!"

The chat exploded almost immediately.

Neha: "OMG, Kiara! You superstar!!! So, so proud of you!"

Aadhit: "Knew you'd crush it. Well done!"

Ansh: "Congrats, Kiara! That's amazing!"

Ayush: "You deserve this, Kiara. So happy for you."

Kiara smiled as she read through the messages, her heart swelling with pride not just for herself but for all of them.

This was more than just an individual achievement—it was something they had all gone through together.

One by one, the rest of her friends began sharing their results.

Ansh: 95%.

Neha and Aadhit: 94.6%.

Tanmay and Ayush: 93%.

Sanya: 90%.

Maya: 88%.

And then, there was Ajay with 89%. Despite being in Surat, Ajay's result felt just as much a part of the group's success as anyone else's.

Kiara couldn't stop smiling. They had all done so well, each of them achieving something to be proud of.

Sure, the numbers varied, but what mattered most was that they had made it.

Together, they had survived the pressure, the sleepless nights, and the overwhelming stress that the board exams had brought. And now, they were moving forward, into a new chapter of their lives, carrying the lessons they had learned along the way.

As the buzz of excitement continued in the group chat, another notification came through.

It was an official message from St. Joseph's School, announcing that there would be a special gathering that afternoon for the outgoing batch of 10th graders—a farewell, to celebrate their results and mark the end of this chapter in their academic journey.
