Detention

Inside McGonagall's classroom, the five are now standing in front of McGonagall's desk, while Malfoy is feet away, smirking. Mattheo and Sophia are standing next to him both looking rather bored. "Nothing, I repeat, nothing gives a student the right to walk about the school at night. Therefore, as punishment for your actions, 50 points will be taken."

"50?!" Harry practically yells whereas the other Gryffindor's look at the ground. 

"50?! Minnie!" James also yells out making everyone roll their eyes. 

"Each." Harry gasps. "And to ensure it doesn't happen again, all eight of you will receive detention." Malfoy nods, then his smile vanishes with great concern.

"Excuse me, Professor, perhaps I heard you wrong. I thought you said the eight of us." Draco says. 

"No, you heard me correctly, Mr. Malfoy. You see, honorable as your intentions were, you three were out of bed after hours. You will join your classmates in detention." Sophia and Mattheo turn to look at Draco while Leo, Hermione, Ron and Harry grin. Sophia glares at him and slaps his arm making him wince whereas Mattheo rolls his eyes. 

The marauders all chuckle to themselves when they see Draco deflate. 

"And I will be talking to Severus and Adelaide." McGonagall adds as she looks at Sophia and Leo.

"Please, don't." Leo shakes his head as he looks at McGonagall with a scared look on his face. The woman only giving him a look. Sophia continues to glare at Malfoy who just looks down at the ground, not happy about how things turned out.

"I'm so screwed." Leo complains the next day as the five are walking to breakfast. 

"Yes, you are." A voice interrupts making them all freeze. The children all turn around and see Addelaide looking at them all with a disapproving stare. 

"That's even scarier than her glare." Sirius whispers to Remus who nods in agreement. 

"Good luck mate." Ron says as he pats a completely still Leo on the back as he stares at his mother. Ron tries to continue moving with the other three when Adelaide interrupts them. 

"Not so fast." Adelaide comments making them all stop again. Adelaide continues to stare at them as they lower their heads to the ground in guilt. 

"You guys are really screwed." David comments with a small chuckle. 

 Cassie, Fred and George peak their heads around the corner and see Adelaide scolding the five as they continue to stare at the floor. "What do you think she's yelling at them about?" George asks. 

"Who cares, it's not at us." Cassie chuckles making the boys laugh as well as they all high five. 

"Do you guys get told of by Addy a lot?" Remus asks the trio. 

"We are pretty sure it's her hobby to scold us." Cassie answers with a straight smile.

The marauders are all cleaning up Professor McGonagall's room slowly and reluctantly. "This is all your fault." Skylar suddenly breaks the silence as she stares at Sirius. 

"How is this my fault?!" 

"This was your idea." Peter meekly states. 

"Prongs is the one who messed the prank up!" Sirius defends.
