The guard's expression turned stern. "Laton ke bhoot baaton se nahin mante. Chaar dande padenge toh sari akal thikane aa jayenge. Tujhe toh main abhi batata hun!" the security guard raise his stick, ready to strike, Ansh closed his eyes tightly, bracing for the blow, his heart racing with fear and panic.
Ansh squeezed his eyes shut, bracing himself for the impact. He had seen the security guard raise his stick, ready to strike. But as the moments passed, Ansh didn't feel anything. No pain, no sensation. Confused, he cautiously opened his eyes.
That's when he saw Kunj standing in front of him, his eyes flashing with a mix of anger and concern. Kunj was holding the stick, now frozen in mid-air, that the security guard had been about to use on Ansh. It was as if Kunj had stepped in just in time, blocking the guard's attack.
Ansh's eyes widened in surprise as he took in the scene. He was shocked and relieved that Kunj had saved him from harm. The security guard, looking taken aback, slowly lowered his arm, realizing too late that Kunj had stopped him.
The fluorescent lights of the corporate lobby buzzed, casting a harsh glow on the scene unfolding before Ansh. He'd been cornered, unjustly accused, and the security guard's raised stick had seemed destined to fall. Then, a figure materialized from the shadows, a whirlwind of protective fury. Kunj, his father.
Ansh's eyes widened as he witnessed a side of his father he'd never seen before. The gentle, ever-smiling man, the one who always diffused tension with a calming presence, was replaced by a figure radiating controlled rage. His eyes, usually warm and inviting, were now narrowed, blazing with a fierce protectiveness.
"Kya ho raha yahan?" Kunj's voice, usually gentle and melodic, was sharp, laced with barely contained fury.
The security guard, startled by Kunj's sudden appearance, stammered, "Sir, ye vo... ye ladka Mr. Suresh (the receptionist) ko pareshan kar raha tha."
Mr. Suresh, eager to justify his actions, stepped forward, "Yes Sir, voh ye ladka... vo jhuth bol raha tha ki ye aapka beta."
Kunj's gaze locked onto Mr. Suresh, his voice dangerously low, "Aur aapse kisne kehe diya ki ye mera beta nahi hai?"
