Please...enough chitchat said, lets move on to the STORY.

Its been two years since the ball. Legolas went back to Greenwood. He never said sorry. We stopped speaking to each other. I miss him, I really do. I think we just needed time off of our friendship.

I get up from bed groggily, and head to the bathroom. On the way, I walk into a wall. A few elleths standing nearby, look in my direction, and snicker.

I glare at them, before continuing to the bathroom.

" Today is the day of the Council! I heard the men are going to Mount Doom!" One says.

"I heard, we get to say goodbye to them!"

"Plus, all of them are single!" Each Elleth squeals with joy. I stop and stare at them.

"What are you looking at?" A tall blonde Elleth with a nasaly voice says.

"Why are you so happy about seeing them go?" I say, my blood boiling. "They will fight for their lives to protect our world! You are selfish!" I spat, before turning to the bathroom, and enter.

I get dressed into a light blue dress. My hair is flowing freely down my back. I stick my daggers in my dress pocket, before heading to where the Council takes place.

Autumn leaves flutter in the air. As I enter the stone balcony facing Rivendell, I see him. Legolas and some other Greenwood Elves. He stares at me wide eyed. I look away, and face Lord Elrond.

"You have been summoned here to answer the threat of Mordor. Middle Earth stands on the brink of destruction. None can escape it. You will unite or you will fall. Each race is bound to this fate- this one Doom." He guestures towards a pedistal in the middle of the balcony.

"Bring forth the ring, Frodo." A hobbit with brown curls, steps from his seat, and walks to the pedistal. He takes the One Ring from his pocket, and places it on the pedistal.

A man with slightly ginger colored hair murmers.

"So it is true..."

The Hobbit returns to his seat next to Gandalf the Grey, looking quite releaved. The members of the Council stare at it, mesmerized. The Ring starts to whisper.

Someone speaks." The Doom of Men."

The ginger haired man stands up, and addresses the Council.

"In a dream, I saw the Eastern Skies darken. But in the West, a pale light lingered. A voice was crying,'Your Doom is near at hand.'" He approaches the Ring, and speaks quietly." Isildur's bane is found." The man reaches out towards the ring, as if to touch it. Lord Elrond and Gandalf both exchange concerned looks. His hand hovers over the ring.
