No one's POV:

It has been two days since the park incident and Akashi cannot stop thinking about Kuroko. Akashi is in his office, tired from signing some papers.

'Hah. I wonder what he's doing right now.' Akashi thought as he leaned back on his chair and closed his eyes. He was slowly dozing off.

*After a solid 30 minutes*

After a while Akashi was woken up from his sleep by a call. He groaned as he got up. He took his phone which was placed on the table. He got annoyed as soon as he saw who it was that called him. It was Aomine. Akashi wondered why he was calling him.

He received the call. 'Hello? Akashi?' Aomine asked first. "Yes Daiki. What have you called me for?" Akashi asked raising an eyebrow.

'Well you see... umm...' Aomine uttered. "Well, go on." Akashi said as stood up from his chair and grabbed his jacket and started to walk out of his office. 'Ok fine! I was supposed to pick up Bakagami from the airport today but kinda forgot about it and I'm on my shift doing my patrol so... I was wondering if you can go and pick him up?' Aomine questioned himself at end, thinking if calling Akashi was the right choice. Akashi sighed. "Fine. But your shift will be increased by two hours." Akashi said as went to wards the elevator ignoring all the girls simping over him in the of the office.

'Tch. Fine. I got to go now.' Aomine said. "Bye. And don't even think about escaping your punishment. I'll inform the head of the police department." Akashi said as if he has just read Aomine's mind.

Akashi got into the elevator as ended the call. As he got out of the elevator, Mibuchi walked upto him.

"Sei–chan!" Mibuchi said as he waved at Akashi standing infront of him. "Reo. Why are you so happy today?" Akashi asked as went out and entered his car with Mibuchi still outside at the window. Akashi lowered the window. "I get the next two days off." He said cheerfully.

"Ah, that's right. Well I better get going." Akashi responded. "Where are you going?" Mibuchi asked. "To pick up Taiga. He is returning to Japan today and I'm supposed to go pick him up." Akashi said with an annoying look. "Well, you better leave quickly then. His flight might be landing any minute now!" Mibuchi said. "Yeah." Akashi said as he raised the window of his car and drove away.

*At the airport*

Akashi's POV:

Ugh. I have been waiting for Taiga for a while now. How long will he take. As I took out my phone to pass the time, I heard a familiar voice.

"Yo, Akashi!" I lifted my head to see Taiga. Yes Kagami Taiga. He had gone to America to meet his basketball coach, Alexandra Garcia. It was her birthday a few weeks ago and both he and Tatsuya had gone to celebrate. Tatsuya returned three days after her birthday but Taiga on the other hand stayed there for quite a while.

"Taiga, when did your flight land?" I questioned him with a pissed off smile and a nerve popping out.

"Oh– umm... about that Akashi, I got a call from Seirin highschool so instead of walking and talking at the same time... I just stood in the middle of nowhere and talked." Taiga said as he sweatdroped and rubbed the back of his head.

I sighed. "So, what was the call about?" I asked him as I started to walk out of the airport with Taiga right behind me.

"They called me over to help them train for the day." Taiga said. I just mouthed an 'Oh' as a reply.

We then reached my car. I hoped into the driver's seat as Taiga sat in the passengers' seat at the back.

"Akashi, I was wondering if you could join me in training the students at Seirin." Taiga questioned, looking outside the window as I started the cars engine and drove away. I stayed silent while I thought it I should just my time on some highschoolers or not. I drove to Seirin knowing that's where Taiga needed to go.

I somehow felt like I have heard Seirin highschool somewhere before. I can't remember where though.

I decided to break the silence by answering Taigas question. "I don't know if I should just waste my time." "Oh come on Akashi! Not only you but all the GOM are coming!" Taiga groaned.

"What about the kids? Someone has to look after them as they do not like babysitting at all." I said as I took a left turn. We had almost reached Seirin.

"Pff– hahahahahaha! Oh, don't tell me your really thought that they would not bring the kids?" Taiga bursted laughing as he wiped a tear.

"If it's like then sure, but I'll just watch." I told him still trying to remember where I've heard Seirin before.

Taiga gave me a thumbs up as an answer.

Hah. I felt Seirin was really important. Oh well, I'll think about it later.
