In the dim, eerie glow of the moon, Siegfried and Foxtrot darted through the forest, the air thick with the cold presence of shadow warriors. "Looks like they're back" Siegfried said as his wolf cowl hanged over him and Nightblade secured behind his back  "Yeah, took them long enough too!" Foxtrot said, just behind him, her agile form twisting and leaping with grace, effortlessly keeping pace. They hid in the mountains of Cassaport, living a peaceful life until these warriors came back from the darkness and now, they are on the run.

The shadow warriors dent by Nero himself, wraith-like figures, not much like the others, these once were well equipped, and from what Siegfried observed from them; they can talk. Their blades whispered through the night as they closed in. "Stop this! we have outnumbered you hybrids, we are here because we were tasked to kill you!" one of these shadow warriors said, "And there is no escape." A dark samurai said as he walked slowly towards the cornered hybrids.

They were surrounded and outnumbered by these fighters, even with experience, Siegfried and Foxtrot knew that this was one that would take them either to escape, or certain death. "On me," Whispered Foxtrot as she unsheathed her new chain swords, gleaming in all it's razor sharp glory, and Siegfried taking his trusty blade claws, as he didn't want Nightblade to become  damaged, "Surrender now hybrids. Or face death itself," Sorrichiro said as he also removed his Katana and placed it into his hands, ready for combat.

"You take on the samurai, I got the rest," Siegfried said to Foxtrot, and with one nod, the two went for their targets. Foxtrot uses her Sword and sais to counter Sorrichiro's blade and Siegfried eliminates the other shadow warriors to both protect and ease their combat. "I have to say, your prowess, really impresses me," Sorrichiro flirted with Foxtrot, "Had you have anything better to do this evening?" Foxtrot asked, her eyes locking with his, "Not that much, but you'd be a prized reward," he said as she pushed back, "Huh, in your dreams!" She shouted as she threw her sais towards his chest and pulled out her chain swords to grapple him, stabbing him in the body many times before he disappeared, "Well at least that guy's gone," Siegfried said as he slammed a warrior down to the ground and making it disappear and stabbing another one to the neck, "It's a good idea to retreat for now," Foxtrot said as she transformed into a Fox with Siegfried not far behind.

Suddenly, the ground rumbled beneath them, and a figure spewed from the depths of the earth. Out of the earth rose a samurai, his armor glowing with molten cracks design, magma spilling from his joints like rivers of fire. His katana, forged in the heart of a volcano, hissed as it cut through the air. The magma samurai stood between them and their escape, his presence radiating heat that made the air around them shimmer as his body cooled from the heat.

Foxtrot shifted back to her human form, her eyes wide. "We need to go, now!" she shouted.

Siegfried growled, knowing she was right. They had already expended too much energy fighting the shadow warriors, and this new foe was unlike anything they had ever faced. "Wait you dont know what your doing!" Ignis said as he tried to catch up to the two and as they tried to retreat, a wave of shadow warriors surged toward them, forcing the two to split up. Foxtrot darted to the left, transforming back into a fox to vanish into the underbrush, while Siegfried, with a heavy heart and no choice, went right, hoping to lose the enemies in the dense forest.

He ran until the sounds of battle faded into the distance, but as he stopped to catch his breath, changing back to his human form as he inspected Nightblade for any damages in the blade. Siegfried failed to realized he wasn't alone. From the shadows emerged a hulking figure wielding a massive battle axe, tattered and faded from countless battles. The orc stood tall, his green skin scarred from years of combat, and his eyes gleamed with battle-hardened experience.

Siegfried bristled, instinctively unsheathing his blade claws. He crouched low, ready for a fight as he looked closer, he noticed the figure gave him a familiar look, "Galgavun?" Siegfried asked as he retracted his claws slightly and came closer, "Yes Siegfried, it is I" Galgavun said in a low voice "Now give me a hug!" he said as he dropped his axe down to the ground and leapt towards his ally, "I thought you went silent?" Siegfried asked as he saw his old friend for the first time in years, "Long story pal, anyways, where's Foxtrot? I thought you both would be together?" He asked, as he went back for his battle axe, "Wait? Foxtrot?!" Siegfried panicked, as he looked everywhere to find her, but it was fruitless, there were no signs of her. "Come on then, let's find her," Galgavun said to him as he ran the same way Siegfried came.
