Chapter 13: Nico's Love

Hello! I'm doing a Nico's POV bc I feel like it so yeah! Here's Neeks!

-*BEFORE PERCY'S FIASCO*-

Nico's POV:

Reyna is absolutely right! Percy hasn't even noticed I stopped sitting with him! I mean what! I don't understand, your someone's best friend for years and then poof! They don't even notice when you're gone. I sigh. He's just having a lot going on I guess. Reyna just left when the bell rang. That's when he came up. 

"Hey grumpy little ball of darkness!" Will Solace came up to me. I froze and my cheeks flushed. "Hi..." I said quietly and started to fidget with my ring. He grinned at me. UGH WHY DID HE HAVE TO BE SO CUTE. Ok stop Nico. "So why are you grumpy this time?" He started to walk. I did to. I laughed. "Everything" I smiled. "Ok tell me one thing" he turned to me. "Ummm Percy" I sighed. Will's face fell a little. I don't know why. "Ok why, what about Percy" he kind of snarled his name but I didn't hear. "Well me and Reyna think he's been kind of oblivious of our feelings, and I don't like it," Will looked relieved but I didn't pay much attention. "Reyna doesn't either" I added. "Yeah I get it" he said. And we started our trek to class.

Butterflies flew in my stomach every second. I don't know what this feeling is. It's pain, sorrow, but also happy, and wonderful. I'm so confused. Will keeps smiling at me and my stomach is dieing  same with my chest. What's happening to me?

Finally the lunch bell rang. I walked to the cafeteria when I saw Will run up to me. My heart did loops. "Hey Neeks!" Now normally I would punch anyone who called me Neeks, but! It's will Solace! "Hey" I walked to lunch with him. I saw the rest of the group...except Reyna, where is she? I lead Will to the table in the back. I don't want to deal with this today.

Everything was going great! Until the announcement. "REYNA AVILA RAMIRO ARELLANO COME TO THE PRINCIPALS OFFICE NOW!" I froze. What did Reyna do now? I got up despite Will's protests.

I got to the principals office and pressed my ear to the door. "Fine! She was being the stupid bitch that she is and made fun of my stupid family that abused me, you happy! It was self defense because that...." I shook my head. Oh Reyna. I pressed my ear to the door again. "....dosen't know how to keep that stupid mouth shut!" I heard a slam. I was about to leave when I heard mumbling again. I went back. "...so Celeste doesn't get in trouble, yeah sounds about right" I heard walking and I dove out of the way. Reyna mumbled things like "stupid Celeste" and "I hate you" I started to follow her.

I went outside and saw Percy following her. "...pretend nothing happened?" He said.  I hid behind a pillar. "...pretend that there is no one else in the world but you!" oh this is heated. "didn't notice anything was wrong when something was wrong with me! I don't know if your just to self centered or oblivious, both are bad! You don't even realize that all your friends think this. Your just to caught up in paradise to realize that just because your in a little sweet spot in your life other people's life is much worse than yours! Take me for example, yeah you get beat but you have love, you have someone to talk to. But me no one knows, you didn't even know that my mom left! You didn't know that my dad went hysterical at her death and beat us, you didn't know that my sister left me because I was to much of a burden when she ran, heck you didn't even know that I even had a sister! So bye! I don't wanna hear it!" I froze. I knew she had a sister, but her dad? She rode off and Percy just stood there then punched the ground. "ALL MY FAULT" I heard him scream.

I followed Reyna home and saw her go inside. I stayed for a couple of minutes then I decided to leave. When I heard something break.  I ran. No one likes a Reyna when she's mad. I was home doing my homework when I heard a knock. I opened the door to Will Solace.

"I was wondering if we can do homework together?" Will asked. "Yeah" I blushed. We sat down and started to do it. "So the square root of 56-" we stared into each others eyes. We leaned in when my phone rang. Will jolted back blushing furiously. I was no better. I looked at my texts. It was from Percy's mom?

ITS PERCY! HES IN THE HOSPITAL!-PM

I jolted up leaving Will confused. "What is it?" He asked. "Percy's in the hospital, he had a heart attack" I said. I don't know how but I just knew. He was under a lot of stress with the whole Reyna thing so of course he had one. Will's face went pale. "Then let's go" he said determined. I called Reyna. She was in a busy place there was a lot of noise. "REYNA PERCY'S IN THE HOSPITAL" I screamed into the phone. Immediately the line went off. I sighed. Reyna's determined.

Sooooo?! How'd ya like it!? Will Reyna get there in time? What happened to Percy? Will Nico and Will be together (obvi)? So bye! Hope u liked it!
