Hey!! As you see Persassy Jacksass is going to the beach with his ever-sassy friends! Wait...you didn't know it was Percy....oh! Wow I really a bad at guessing! Home was never fun....i hid in my room most of the time. So now I was naturally bored so I decided I'd text my friends!

Reyna's scary...! I quickly got changed into my black swimming shorts and a sea-green swim shirt...I'm not showing my scars. Ok...I just gotta make it out the door without Gabe seeing me. Easy right!? Apparently it wasn't so easy. I was halfway out the door before I gagged. "Percy.." I turned around. "Yes..?" I asked innocently. "Where are you going?" He squinted at me. "Um the beach with my friends!" I said cheerfully. "Ok" to my surprise he walked away. Eh I guess I'll go with it!

I got to the beach and saw my friends there on the sand laughing at Leo trying to impress a girl. "Hey!" He said. "Um hi?" She sounded confused. "I'm Leo, why is it hot here? Oh because of you" he wiggled his eyebrows. Reyna actually laughed. "Um I'm Calypso, thanks" she said, and she started to talk to Leo and laugh. "What just happened?" I said sitting down next to Reyna. "I..I don't know! I girl actually is talking to Leo! It's the end of the world!!!" She thudded on the sand. We laughed. "I can't believe it!" I said.

After hours at the beach we said our goodbyes and went home. The realization hit me. Gabe just didn't want people to see me hurt....hes gonna hurt me when I get home. I might as well get it over with. "Hey Jackson! You ok?" Reyna jolted me out of my thoughts. "N- yeah!" I said. She gave me a look. "Come on!" She grabbed my ear and pulled me to her house.

We pulled into her house soon and she sat me on the rug. "Tell me now." She said. "Umm it's nothing!" I said. She looked at me with her fierce eyes. "Take off your shirt" she said. Wow that sounded really questionable. "WHAT, no why!?" I asked. "You think I'm stupid!? I've known you since kindergarten! And you've never taken off your shirt at the beach! Why? I want to know, so take off the shirt!" She said sternly. No way will I let her know, but..she has a point. At my hesitation she yanked my shirt off, and her eyes widened in horror. "PERCY!! DID GABE DO THIS TO YOU? YES HE DID! ILL KILL HIM ILL SEND HIM TO TARTARUS ILL BRING HIM BACK ALI-" I interrupted her. "Calm down! It's no big deal." I said calmly. "No big deal! NO BIG DEAL!! Percy Jackson your stepfather beats you! It's of course a big deal!" She said. "Reyna, promise me you won't tell anyone! I can't do this to my mom, she needs financial support and Gabe gives that to her. I won't ruin her life!" I cried. Her eyes softened. "Ok fine, but promise to tell me when it happens and if you ever need help I'm here" she said. I thanked her and left. I heard her mutter something. "I'll kill that idiot. I'll do it" she said. I smiled. it's nice to tell someone.

I got home and started to walk to my room. "Percy.." I turned around and saw him. He smiled evilly and I gulped. "Come here" he said. I obliged (I'm really upping my vocab😉) (A/N that was Percy's! I use big words and I but in A/N when it's mine!) "now Sally will be home in 20 minutes, so for leaving without asking..hmm..ah yes 20 strikes." He said cheerfully. My eyes widened. He got his belt and took off my shirt. My world filled with pain. 

I was in my room crying ( yeah im so manly(jk))when I heard a knock on the door. I wiped my tears and said. "Come in!" Mom's bright smile took away my pain. "Hey sweetie! I brought something!" She took out some blue cookies. "Sorry I'm home late, I wanted to surprise you!" She kissed my forehead. "Here I love you!" She gave them too me. "Love you, thanks!" I looked at my cookies. Most kids can't wait for the weekend, I can't wait for it to end.

*blows tears into tissue* So sad!😭😭😭 Sorry! Sorry for you to see me like this it's just so sad😭. Anyway I hoped you liked this heavy chappie. Ik that heartfelt stories are happier but I wanted to support those out there with abusive lives bc I want to be supportive luckily some people's ended but some people are still going through it! You know I love you guys! Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself! Hope you had a fun time reading! Now for our questions! Will Percy stand up for himself? Will Reyna kill Gabe (most likely😉)? Will Sally find out? Or will Percy have to endure more pain just for his mother?
