We need a doctor, stat!!!!
Jimin yelled urgently

The medical staff swarmed around them, taking yoongi away from jimin quickly assessing his condition, jimin stood back his chest heaving as he watched the doctors work, his mind racing with worry....

Jimin felt helpless as he saw the doctors working around yoongi, trying to stabilize him and stop the bleeding....
He could feel his own emotions boiling inside of him---- anger, worry, fear!

The minutes felt like hours as he stood by, watching the doctors work!!
He wanted to go in there, to be by yoongi's side but he knew he had to stay back....

Jimin looked at the church nearby and knelt down praying to god for yoongi's wellbeing....
The man who never believed in god was praying for his arch enemy....

Finally after what felt like an eternity one of the doctors came out and approached jimin....

Is he going to be okay??
Jimin asked his voice hoarse with fear

He is stable....
We've managed to stop the bleeding and stabilized him he's going to pull through....
Doc spoke with a small smile

Thankyou so much!!
Can I see him??
Jimin asked eagerly

Ofc!!
He's in recovery room still unconscious, don't expect him to wake up anytime soon and don't rush....
Doc spoke

Okay!!
I will keep in mind doc....
Jimin said

He followed the doctor towards the recovery room, his heart hammering in his chest....
Yoongi looked so small and vulnerable in the hospital bed, tubes and wires connecting him to various machines....
Jimin approached him slowly, his gaze roaming over the sleeping face....

He took a seat beside the bed, reaching out to take yoongi's soft hand in his which was cold and limp but jimin held it tightly trying to convey all of his feelings through that one gesture....

You idiot.....
Why did you have to get yourself shot like that????
I swear, you're going to make me go grey before my time....
But I can't stay mad at you....
Jimin muttered softly

Why am I caring for you??
Why can't I hate you??
You better wake up soon so I can yell at you!!
Jimin spoke chuckling

After few hours :

Yoongi's eyelids fluttered and he let out a faint groan....
Jimin's breath hitched as he saw yoongi's eyes start to open....

Hey can you hear me??

Jimin said softly

Yoongi spoke his voice raspy

Yeah it's me....
You had me worried....
Jimin said smiling

Yoongi muttered in a strained voice

You're the one who got shot....

Jimin said creaking a smile

Yoongi asked chuckling weakly

Is that a way you talk to the person who literally carried your dying ass all the way to the hospital??
I can't just let you die....
