The halftime was announced, and I
was getting a call from Selena.

"Hey babe, where are you? Are we having a girls' night tonight?"

"Well, I'm still at school watching a game. You can come over if you want, then we can go home together afterward."

"Yes, sure."

"Okay, I'll ask my driver to pick you up. See you soon."
I hung up and went over to my bodyguards, who were all standing together with my driver.
"Hello, Miss Swift, what can I do for you?"
One of my bodyguards asked.
"I just wanted to ask, James, can you quickly drive to the apartment and pick up Selena?" He nodded, of course, and made his way to the car. I went back to the bench and saw Travis walking towards me.

"Here," he said, handing me a drink.
"Thank you," I said, smiling. "Hey, Travis, I hope it's not a problem, but I invited Selena. She's being picked up right now."
Travis shook his head. "No, Tay, that's not a problem. I'm glad she's coming."
He sat down next to me on the bench, and we chatted for a bit.
"Should I give you both a ride home later? I can drop you off on the way, and you can tell your driver he can go home if you like."
I smiled and said, "That would be nice, thanks," and rested my head on his shoulder when I suddenly heard a car door slam.
"Selena's here," I whispered so softly that even Travis could barely hear me.

I jumped up from the bench, ran over to her, and hugged her.
"Hello," I greeted her with a smile.
"Hey! Come on, show me your hot sports teacher," she teased.
I just giggled, grabbed her hand, and led her to Travis.
"Travis, this is Selena, my best friend and also my roommate."
"Nice to meet you, Travis," she said, smiling, and shook his hand.
"Likewise," he replied.
"Okay, Tay, I have to get going now. See you later. Have fun, you two," he said, kissed my shoulder, and walked away.
I smiled, and Selena beamed.
"You won't believe it, he asked me out on a date today!"
Selena started to squeal, and I quickly covered her mouth.
"Shhh, no one can know. No one knows what kind of relationship he and I have."
She calmed down again and began to speak.

"Taylor, you seem so happy. He treats you so well, I can see how you look at him."
I blushed a little and hid my face in my hands.
Selena just laughed next to me, and then we both focused on the game.
I won't lie, I was absolutely not interested in the game. My whole attention was on the attractive man on the sideline. It's so hot when he's in his element, telling the boys how to play. He has so much power over them.
After the game was over, the headmaster greeted Selena briefly. He was as nice as always. Travis got changed and came back to us.
"Okay, can we go now?" he asked.
"Yes, of course," I smiled at him.

"Wait, Miss Swift!" I heard voices shouting.
Tory and her friends came running up to us.
"Hey, Tory, what's up?" I asked her.
"Can we take a picture?" she asked.
"Yes, of course."
"I'll take the picture," Travis said, taking her phone, but Tory stopped him.
"No, Mr. Kelce, you should be in the picture."
He looked at Tory, confused, but eventually nodded, handed the phone to my bodyguard, and stood next to Selena.

"Wait, Miss Swift, can we switch sides? I'd really like to stand next to Emma," Tory asked me. I nodded and swapped sides with her, so now I was standing next to Travis. My bodyguard took the pictures and handed Tory her phone back. She looked at the photos and smiled before the kids giggled and ran off again. Travis and I exchanged a confused glance.

"Okay, can we go now?" Selena asked, sounding impatient. I nodded and started to walk when Travis got stopped. I paused as well.

"Hey, Travis, your boys played really well today," said Sophie, the teacher who sat across from me at the Italian restaurant. I knew I recognized her from somewhere. Travis smiled politely and responded, "Thanks. It was a lot of hard work to get them to this level." She blushed slightly, twirling her hair around her finger.

My chest tightened, and suddenly every word they exchanged seemed to be loaded with hidden meanings, each glance feeling like a shared secret I wasn't part of. The once harmless smile on his face now felt like a dagger twisting in my gut.

I laughed internally, Was this for real? Is she actually flirting with him? Selena whispered from the side, asking, "Is she flirting?" I just nodded, Not for long, though. If looks could kill, Sophie would already be dead.

"You make it look so easy," she continued, still blushing. "I wish I had my students as well-behaved as you have your team."

That's enough.

"Travis, are we going now?" I said, my voice tight with irritation and my eyebrows raised. He looked at me and nodded. "See you tomorrow, Sophie," he said, then came over to us. We finally headed toward the car, but I could still feel her watching us. She thought no one noticed, but she was wrong. Travis opened the car door for me, placing his hand on my waist to help me inside. But my eyes were locked on Sophie's, my smile sharp and threatening, my gaze speaking volumes. I hope I don't see her near him again anytime soon.

I climbed into the car, and we drove off. I sat silently in the passenger seat, my head lightly pressed against the cool window. The bright moon reflected in my eyes as I stared out at the passing fields and woods bathed in soft, milky light.

When the car door opened, I almost tumbled out. I unbuckled my seatbelt, stepped out, and ignored Travis's hand, which he had extended to help me. He needed to feel how I was feeling after he was laughing with the most beautiful teacher at our school. Call me possessive, but yes, he's mine. Even though we barely know each other and I haven't even kissed him yet, he belongs to me.

I walked toward the door. "Bye, Travis," I said, my tone slightly cold. Without looking back, I headed up the stairs, where I found Selena already in the kitchen.
