Jennie sat in the dressing room of the music show, her phone trembling in her hand as she scrolled through the latest articles about Taehyung and Seokjin. She had known the relationship between Taehyung and Seokjin existed-had known she was only a secret fling-but seeing it all laid out in the public like this felt like a punch to the gut.

The intimate photos of them together, the headlines praising their bravery for coming out, the public support flooding in-it was all too much. Jennie felt the ground beneath her shift as the weight of her emotions overwhelmed her. She tried to steady her breathing, but her chest tightened as tears welled up in her eyes. She couldn't breathe, couldn't think.

Her manager stood nearby, watching with a growing sense of pity. Jennie had been a shadow of herself since things had ended with Taehyung. They had both known it wasn't going to last forever, but the public revelation had caught Jennie off guard, making her feel smaller and more insignificant than she had ever felt before.

"Jennie," her manager called softly, stepping closer to her. "You need to pull yourself together. The show's about to start."

But Jennie couldn't. The tears broke free, and she clutched her phone tightly, the image of Taehyung kissing Seokjin's cheek burned into her mind. She had always known their affair wasn't built on real love-Taehyung had made it clear from the start that it was never serious. But Jennie couldn't stop the feelings that had grown over time, feelings she had tried to suppress, hoping that maybe one day things would change.

But now, the truth was staring her in the face. She was nothing but a distraction to Taehyung-a way for him to fill the void while Seokjin wasn't around. And now, she was left with nothing but the bitter taste of betrayal and humiliation.

Her manager, seeing the tears in Jennie's eyes, sighed softly. "I'm sorry, Jennie," they said, their voice filled with sympathy. "I know this has been hard on you, but you need to let it go. Taehyung was never going to choose you."

Jennie wiped at her tears furiously, shaking her head. "I was never good enough for him, was I?" she whispered, her voice breaking. "He always loved Seokjin. I was just... I was just there."

Her manager didn't say anything, knowing that Jennie needed to process her emotions. But deep down, they had always known that Jennie had been fighting a losing battle. Taehyung and Seokjin's relationship was something deep, something that couldn't be shaken by a fling.

Jennie, however, wasn't done. She felt a surge of anger rising within her, the desperation of her situation fueling her need for revenge. How could Taehyung move on so easily? How could he flaunt his love for Seokjin in front of the world while Jennie was left broken and humiliated?

Her tears dried up as the anger took over. She clenched her phone in her hand, her eyes narrowing. She would make Taehyung regret this. She would make him feel the pain that she had felt-the betrayal, the heartbreak, the humiliation. She didn't care about the consequences anymore. Even if it meant embarrassing herself, even if it meant dragging others into her mess, she needed Taehyung to suffer.

Her manager noticed the change in Jennie's demeanor and frowned. "Jennie, what are you thinking?"

Jennie stood up, her expression hardening. "I'm done being the victim," she said quietly, her voice cold. "Taehyung is going to pay for what he's done. I'll make sure of it."

Her manager's eyes widened, realizing the danger in Jennie's words. "Jennie, don't do something you'll regret. This isn't the way to handle things."

But Jennie was already past the point of caring. She had spent too long feeling small, too long watching Taehyung live his life without a second thought for how he had used her. Now, it was her turn to make him pay, to make him taste the bitterness of what she had been forced to endure.
