Jungkook sat in the same private lounge he had used before, but this time there was a heightened sense of excitement among his group. His best friends, Mingyu and Eun Woo, were seated across from Seokjin's closest friends, Yoongi and J-Hope. This meeting was more than just about brainstorming ideas-it was about finalizing the plan.
Jungkook took a deep breath and looked around the table. "So, I've thought it through, and I think the best way to propose is during a vacation-somewhere beautiful and unforgettable. What do you guys think about Sweden?"
"Sweden?" Yoongi raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "That's... different. What made you think of Sweden?"
"The Northern Lights," Jungkook replied, a smile tugging at his lips. "I've been reading about them, and they're supposed to be stunning this time of year. I can't think of a more magical backdrop for a proposal than that."
J-Hope grinned, eyes twinkling with excitement. "That sounds incredible! Seokjin loves nature and beautiful landscapes-it's perfect."
Mingyu nodded enthusiastically. "I like it. A trip to Sweden, seeing the Northern Lights? It's unique, and Seokjin would never expect it. Plus, it gives you that romantic, once-in-a-lifetime kind of atmosphere."
Eun Woo leaned in, adding, "I agree. You'll have the scenery, the perfect mood... It'll be unforgettable."
Jungkook felt a wave of relief as everyone seemed to be on board with the idea. He had worried that the destination might be too far-fetched, but now that his friends were just as excited, his confidence grew.
"So," Jungkook continued, "I'm thinking we make this a group vacation. All of us together, so it seems casual. Seokjin will never suspect it's a proposal until the moment it happens. We'll plan activities during the day, but the real event will be when we go out to watch the Northern Lights."
Yoongi nodded in approval, his mind already thinking about how to subtly hint at the trip without raising suspicion. "That's smart. We can make it look like a fun vacation, but we'll keep the proposal plan secret until the perfect moment."
J-Hope clapped his hands. "I love it! Seokjin's going to be so surprised. He'll never see it coming."
Mingyu and Eun Woo began discussing logistics-flight arrangements, accommodation, and how to make sure everything ran smoothly. They wanted to ensure that Seokjin wouldn't catch on until the last second, and the Northern Lights viewing would be the highlight of the trip.
"We'll need to coordinate the timing of the proposal," Mingyu pointed out. "The Northern Lights aren't guaranteed every night, but if we plan it well, we should have a good chance of seeing them."
Eun Woo agreed. "We can check local forecasts once we're there, and even if the lights don't show one night, we can make it part of the vacation plan and try again the next night."
Jungkook, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves, added, "I've also been working on the ring. I want it to be simple, elegant, but something meaningful that Seokjin can always wear. I'll have it ready by the time we leave."
Yoongi gave Jungkook an approving nod. "You're doing everything right. This is going to be perfect."
As the conversation continued, they discussed the finer details of the trip-restaurants, sightseeing spots, and even a few surprises along the way. Everyone was eager to contribute, making sure every part of the vacation felt special, not just the proposal.

A few weeks later, the group boarded a flight to Sweden, Seokjin blissfully unaware of the true reason behind the trip. He was excited for the vacation, especially knowing that Jungkook had taken the time off to join them. To him, it was just a fun getaway with friends, and that made it even more special.
