At First Sight~K. Kenma x Oc

~Prologue~

Her hair flowed behind her as she ran through the neighborhood as sweat rolled down her cheek, "Yuna!!" she called in a concerned tone.

"Ohhh, where is she..." The girl had been searching for her runaway cat all morning, running through the neighborhood, and asking her neighbors if they've seen her. She quickly turned a corner down the one street she has yet to check. As she turned the corner she looked into someone's porch just in case, and it was as if time slowed as her eyes met cat-like ones, looking back at her. What the girl's eyes were focused on though was the brown American Shorthair on the boy's lap.

"Yuna! Oh there you are I was so worried" the girl rushed over and crouched down as the feline approached her and jumped into her arms. The girl hugged Yuna close and her attention finally went to the boy sitting on the porch, a PSP in hand. The boy continued to look at her, he could only see her right eye, but from what he could see he thought she was pretty, but he paused and assumed it was just how the light was hitting her.

The girl tilts her head a bit as she looks at the PSP, taking a deep breath as she thought to herself.

'Okay, you got this.'

"U-uhm..." The girl started, closing her eyes as she continued, "What are you playing?" She said quickly and she slowly opened her eyes to look at him. She hid her face slightly behind Yuna. The boy glanced at the PSP and his hands then looked back at the girl before responding.

"....monster hunter" The boy's voice was quiet as he responded. The girl's eyes widened as they sparkled, she moved closer to look at the game.

"Oh, I just got that one, haven't started it yet though. I was planning to play it today, but Yuna ran off, which was pretty weird since she's never ran off before, so I was super worried and I've been looking for her all morning ...." The girl trailed off as she realized she was rambling and stepped back a bit when she realized how close she had gotten as well, mumbling a soft apology.

The boy chuckled a bit at this, "......you're fine." The boy paused before asking a question "What's your name?" The girl's eyes widened once more, her eyes sparkling when she was asked for her name.

"Kenishida Matimora.....what's yours?"

"Kozume....Kozume Kenma"
