The first set kicked off with the other team's serve, which got revived by Mora who had started off in the back row. The ball went up for one of their hitters to tip over, getting their team a point. First up to serve for Mora's team was their ace, who gave a powerful serve over the net, getting a no-touch ace.
The first set continued on, it was a close game, but after Mora went for a setter dump, that no one on the other team was able to receive her team won the first set. As Mora's team was drinking water she decided to speak up about something she'd observed.
"If they go for the same rotation as last time, watch the holes in defense more carefully. Their ace and great control of the ball, but less power than some of our hitters."
Mora's team nodded to her explanation and thanked her right before returning to the court.

They were in the second set and had gone into overtime, with Mora's team in the lead, the score at 30-29. Both teams were tired and sweating, Some of Mora's hair sticking to her face a bit. All the time outs were already used, so Mora knew she had to make this last point count or else her team might lose. She took a quick analysis of her team's conditions, trying to see who had the highest chance to score, and what their max was at the moment.
Mora then turned her attention to the blockers quickly as the ball was sent back over to her side of the court, their libero getting a near perfect pass over to her. Mora set up under the ball, three of her potential hitters starting to approach, including the ace of the team, but instead of setting to the ace Mora set to center, a little higher than she normally would.
Mora's teammate took notice of this and put all her strength into jumping, and slamming the ball down on the other side easily, since the blockers weren't able to make it in time to try and block her. She looked over to Mora as he whistle went off who had a huge smile on her face.
The teams lined up, and said thank you to the people in the stands. Mora looked up to the stands and saw her mother, brother, along with Kuroo, and Kenma. Once again smiling brightly, seemingly immediately refreshed.
As the teams were walking out Raisuke, who Mora had set to for the last point, walked up to Mora.
"Hey, what was with that last set Kenishida-san? You rarely set center, and also it was a bit high" Mora looked over at Raisuke, and tilted her head a bit.
"Well, you had the highest probability of getting the ball over, plus I knew you'd be able to get it. You would be able to hit higher even if everyone wasn't so tired."
"Thank doesn't make much sense Kenishida-san. I was worried I wouldn't be able to hit it"
"Hmm?" Mora tilted her head again as she eyed her teammate up and down, "Well that wouldn't be on me, it just take some basic calculation to see what your max potential is, plus I took fatigue and mental state into consideration as well. So if you didn't hit it, that wouldn't be anybody's fault..."
Raisuke's brows knitted together at this response, "You're weird...plus that was kinda rude" she huffed before walking away, leaving Mora standing there somewhat shocked.
As Mora let her hair down, letting her hair fall in front of her right eye once more, she was swooped up by her brother.
"Yeah! That's my little sister!" Mora started laughing a bit as Kuroo and Kenma walked over behind her brother.
"Thanks, Maphuru." Mora looked around, "Where'd mom go?"
"Oh she had to head back to work, but she said she was super proud of you" Maphuru ruffled Mora's hair a bit, but that didn't stop Mora's smile from falling a bit.
Mora looked over at Kuroo and Kenma, and made eye-contact with Kenma for a split second before speaking.
"How'd your guys' match go?" Kuroo sighed a bit as he put his hand on his hip
"It went well even though we lost, it was a close game." Mora pouted a bit at this, "We did get to go up against that guy from earlier though" Mora's eyes sparkled a bit at this and she stepped a bit closer to them.
"Really?! Was he really good like he said?! What was his play style?!" Kuroo chuckled a bit at all of her questions.
"Yeah, he was pretty great honestly. Right Kenma?" Kuroo looked over at Kenma, who was looking at Mora with his brows knitted together as he watched her expression, giving Kenma a slight nudge to get him to respond.
"....yeah....I guess"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They took the train back to their neighborhood, and everyone decided to stay over at Mora's house since they got back late. The three of them all just slept on Mora's bed together. Mora was in between Kuroo and Kenma and always chuckled when seeing how Kuroo slept. Kuroo fell asleep first and after a few moments of silence Kenma spoke up, quietly.
"Hey Mora....are you okay, you seemed a bit down earlier" Kenma had turned to face Mora who was facing the ceiling holding her axolotl plushie, with Yuna sleeping on her stomach.
"...Yeah...but....is it 'weird' that I always use math for everything?" Kenma was silent for a second as he thought to himself.
"No, it means you're always honest with your thinking and what you say, even if you're a bit blunt at times....but I don't think that's a bad thing" Mora was silent for a second as well
"Thanks Kenma...." Kenma watched as Mora closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep, wondering if there was something else that was bothering her, before falling asleep himself.
A/N- For anyone who actually reads this story, thank you once again! Please let me know what you thought about this chapter. I was thinking I'll try to post a new chapter once or twice a week depending on how I'm feeling.
Also FUN FACT!!!- Mora sleeps with an axolotl plushie called Honeymaru (an actual brand btw). She can't sleep without it, and her dad actual made it for her, with her brother finishing it a few weeks after she was born!
Once again thank you for reading, and until next time, take care!
