Ryan's P.O.V
As soon as I left Bella's house and got in the car, I pulled open the glove box and pulled out a blood bag. I pressed the roof button so no one would see me. I bit into the bag and the liquid started rushing out the bag into my mouth. It was still warm which was a good thing since I got it this morning. Also, human blood stays warm longer than animal blood. I finished my snack as I drove home. I looked in the mirror and my fangs were covered in blood. I wiped them off with my tongue and focused on the road. Bella couldn't know my secrets. Like the one when I forced Austin to brake up with her so I could be with her. Or my biggest one that I am a vampire. I would tell her when we graduate high school. Then, she will decide if she wants to spend forever with me. Once I was at home, I stepped out the car and one of valet parkers took my car to my garage. I went inside and saw Serena who didn't look happy.
"Ryan. Don't tell me you were with that girl again. She's no good for you. She's a human. I mean, what will you do when she finds out what you are and leaves you?", she asked.
"She'll want to stay with me. If you saw her room then you'll know she loves vampires", I replied. She gave me the look that asked a question on it's own.
"Look, everything will be fine. She'll learn all about me on her own. When she does, it'll be her choice. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to my room". Without hesitation, I ran up the steps and pretended like that conversation never happened.
