Brotherly Battle

Seated on top of a random tall building as the Dark Knight, he casually glanced down ahead at the busy streets, analyzing each civilian. At the same time, he was looking up at his location history through the map displayed on the heads-up display underneath his mask.

"Where else have we not checked?"

Dark Knight asked.

"Toronto is quite a large city that it's quite difficult to trace him down," Retro said.

Dark Knight remained silent and then heard a window shatter nearby down the streets. A thief was trying to break into an electronics store then ran out with a pile of phones in his hands. He was wearing a skimask to conceal his face, but he was immediately shot on the back by a blast of white energy, throwing the man forward.

The man dropped everything on the ground, grunting in agony then turned around to see the Dark Knight approaching.

"Oh, shit! holy shit...! It's you!"

He crawled backwards, panting then raised his palm up towards him.

"Wait, wait, wait! I know who you're looking for!"

The Dark Knight stopped at his tracks, staring down at the man.

"Where is he?"

The Dark Knight asked.

"Yuusuke is waiting for you at an abandoned empty warehouse in Scarborough. He knows you're looking for him."

The Dark Knight stayed silent, raising his hand down for the man to hold so he can pull him up to his feet. As the man held onto the Dark Knight to pull himself up, the masked man punched him on the face to knock him out unconscious. The man fell back, unconscious from the impact as he then released a gas of white energy from the arcs of his gloves and boots, allowing him to soar up into the sky.

"Retro, find me an abandoned warehouse in Scarborough."

The Dark Knight said.

"Roger that."

Retro replied, searching for an abandoned warehouse that was once opened to the public. Once found, a navigation route would be displayed underneath the mask of the Dark Knight.

Inside an abandoned warehouse, a man named Yuusuke Nanase would sit on a chair, surrounded by dimmed lights. He wore the usual Yubiwa outfit. Meanwhile, the Dark Knight landed just in front of the warehouse building. Standing up, he began to approach the front doors of the warehouse while he recalled everything that's happened in his past, or more specifically, him and Yuusuke before his family was wiped out.

The front doors would be blasted by a white repulser energy from his left palm, walking into the building, only to see Yuusuke present inside the building.

"So, this is your hideout, Yuusuke Nanase,"

Dark Knight spoke.

"Rin Nanase..." Yuusuke spoke. "You've grown. Seems like you've changed a lot."

"The night is the night where I'm going to avenge my family, and that starts with me killing you."

"I wonder about that..." Yuusuke closed his eyes momentarily, then reopened them as he stood up.

Both were silent. The Dark Knight analyzed Yuusuke through his mask, relying on Retro to assist him in a battle by analyzing his movements. Dark Knight raised his left palm towards Yuusuke immediately. A white repulser energy would emit towards him, which Yuusuke drew his sword out behind him, swiftly slashing through the energy.

Yuusuke drew out three-pointed shurikens and hurled them at his opponent, to which Dark Knight threw his own black custom-made shurikens, resembling the insignia of his chest, countering Yuusuke's. Dark Knight immediately soared straight towards Yuusuke as Yuusuke drew his sword back into its sheath behind him, running straight towards him. Dark Knight overpowered Yuusuke by pushing him back as he grabbed him by the collar, landing on his two feet on the ground and hurling straight towards the chair that Yuusuke previously sat on.
