The villains, led by three mysterious figures, burst onto the plaza of the U.S.J., their presence a stark contrast to the usual bustling atmosphere.
"Huh? I thought All Might was gonna be here too," one of the villains, a man with blue hair and artificial hands clinging to his body, noticed the absence of the Symbol of Peace.
"All Might's supposed to be teaching the class, according to the schedule. Could it be that the details are fake?" his colleague replied.
"So they were the intruders yesterday?" Eraser Head, recognizing the villains as the recent U.A. infiltrators who used the media as a distraction, confirmed his suspicions.
Tomura Shigaraki, one of the villains, expressed his disappointment at All Might's absence. "I wonder if I murder the students here will the Symbol of Peace arrive," he mused, slowly pointing his index finger from left to right, eventually stopping at Hina before grinning under the artificial hand covering his face.
Eraser Head, taking charge, ordered Thirteen to evacuate the students and contact U.A. High. "But one against one isn't what you're good at, sir Aizawa. At this point, you have the disadvantage," Midoriya worried.
"You can't be a hero if you only know one trick," Eraser Head reassured him, leaping into battle.
A firing squad of villains aimed their attacks at Eraser Head, but he effortlessly countered them, using his Quirk to cancel their abilities and knocking them out with his capture weapon. The villains quickly recognized him as the pro hero Eraser Head and revealed his Quirk before a mutant-type villain confronted him. Eraser Head easily countered him by keeping the villain at a distance using his Capturing Weapon.
Meanwhile, Izuku realized he underestimated his teacher as Tenya urged his surprised friend to move. They followed Thirteen and Class 1-A in an attempt to evacuate, but the villain Kurogiri stopped them with his warping Quirk. "I'm Kurogiri, one of the members of the League of Villains," he introduced.
"We've come here to disclose All Might," he continued, but before he could finish, Bakugou and Kirishima charged at him, their attacks proving futile.
Before Thirteen could use her Quirk, Kurogiri separated the class, warping them into the various simulation zones.
Izuku found himself underwater in the Shipwreck Zone alongside Mineta and Tsuyu. Shoto, Katsuki, Eijiro, and several other members of Class 1-A fought back against the villains after being transported into their own respective simulation zones.
Shoto Todoroki, in the Landslide Zone, quickly froze a number of villains as soon as they arrived. He assessed the situation and concluded that the villains accompanying Tomura and Kurogiri were nothing more than small-time thugs.
At the Mountain Zone, Denki Kaminari, Kyoka Jiro, and Momo Yaoyorozu faced a group of villains. Yaoyorozu and Jiro repelled a few attacks using weapons created by the former's Quirk.
Near the central plaza, Eraser Head battled a large group of villains, while Hina faced two villains of her own. Mudle, a brown-haired villain, used a Quirk called Mud, allowing him to transform parts of his body into mud or clay and spread it as he pleased. Slimy, as her villain name suggested, could generate slime from her body.
Hina attacked Mudle, kicking his face. Her feet hardened inside his face before she pulled back. Just as she was about to land, she stepped into a large cube of slime, swallowing her whole. "I thought he said she's dangerous. I guess it means dangerously stupid," Slimy laughed evilly.
"Don't turn your back away fr-" Mudle started, but before he could finish, rock particles flew towards them. Slimy caught the rocks with slime from the air, saying, "Huh? You escaped from it."
"It doesn't matter. Me and Mudle are gonna defeat you."
Mudle and Slimy combined their Quirks, releasing them in a coordinated attack. They moved in sync, one leaping into another, creating a dangerous combination. "The other's Quirk is to make any of his body turn into mud or clay, and the other is to make slime. And with the help of each other's Quirk, they can cover each other's weaknesses," Hina thought.
"So amazing," she accidentally said aloud in amazement.
"I know," Slimy answered with a smirk before attacking with a massive muddy slime combination. Hina barely dodged it, then hid behind a column. "I need to get close to them, but with this speed, they're going to catch me first. And even if I do get close, my strength isn't enough to destroy that muddy guy's Quirk."
"Focus release, spread, use," she began to chant. "Found you," Slimy laughed hysterically as she broke the foundation of the column, crushing Hina inside... or so she thought.
Slimy was smiling when she was suddenly confronted by a pair of brown eyes. "Sage Dragon's Iron Fist!" Hina punched Slimy, sending her bouncing into Mudle, knocking them both out.
Hina was breathing heavily, struggling to maintain her magic in her current form. "I-I need to get t-to sir Aizawa," she said, panting.
She walked slowly towards the central plaza, where she could see Aizawa fighting against the villains. Suddenly, she stopped, something gripping her feet, preventing her from moving. Hina looked down to see slimy brown mud spreading on her feet. She looked back to see tracks of mud left behind. Hina couldn't fight back or resist as she slowly lost her sense of self. She was slowly covered, encased in slimy mud, her eyes empty, just watching Aizawa fight without any emotion, as if she were hollow.
Back at the U.S.J., Thirteen explained that Tenya needed to run back to the school for help because they couldn't call for assistance from the U.S.J. Tenya hesitated, believing that leaving his classmates behind was disgraceful. His classmates restored his confidence, encouraging him to use his Quirk to save others, as rescue training was intended. Kurogiri overheard Thirteen's plan and tried to intervene, but the Space Hero used her Quirk to suck him into a Black Hole.
Thirteen attempted to use her Quirk to destroy Kurogiri, but he turned it on her, putting the Rescue Hero out of commission. Tenya tried to escape through the exit, but Kurogiri cut him off. Mezo Shoji grabbed Kurogiri, giving Tenya a path to the exit.
