7:21 am

The three short weeks of break were over and I had to set my foot on the campus again. The sounds of friends reuniting and talking about their break filled the whole school, as I could listen to all different kinds of story every corner I turned. Couples having their moments after being separated for three weeks, at least they weren't grinding on each other.

I was holding my schedule that I had printed out this morning, a new semester with new classes. Room 201, great. I had to go up the stairs early in the morning.

Students greeted me as I made my way to my first period, being the President had some benefits.

The class was pretty deserted except for the few students who had their heads on the desk, taking a quick nap before school actually started.

I fixed my uniform as I walked into the class, scanning for a good seat that I could take, finding an empty and clean desk by the window that was facing the field.

I pulled out the seat as I placed my bag on the ground next to it, making sure my skirt was right before sitting down. I looked around the familiar classroom, now it was in the morning and was more deserted than it usually was.

I kept daydreaming as I looked down at the students in the field, the boys playing soccer before their classes started.

There was shuffling next to me as someone pulled out the chair and took a seat. I carefully turned my head to face the person, catching me off guard when I realized who it was.

"How was your break, princess?" his voice was soothing and the familiar cologne filled up the air around us. He looked a bit different than before winter break, what had changed? He had a button undone with a loose tie, sleeves rolled up and his hair styled as always.

"I had fun," I replied as I took a good look at him, still wondering what had changed about him.

"We won all the games during the break," he said with a proud smile on his face, he looked like a puppy waiting to be called a 'good boy'.

"I heard, you guys did well," I replied, returning a small smile to him. The morning sun was hitting his face and it looked majestic as always.

Other students started filling up the classroom as it was near the start of class. Friends were chatting with each other, already sharing gossip and giggling at jokes. I turned my head back to look at Sunghoon, who was already looking at me.

"You look different," I commented, not being able to hold my curiosity any longer.

"Do I? How?" he asked back, clearly not knowing the exact reason why he looked different as well. He looked down at his uniform and he checked his hair as he tilted his head sideways.

"I'm not sure, you look like you bulked a bit," I said as I puffed my chest out, mimicking a buff person. Sunghoon laughed at my action as he copied it.

"I worked out a lot during the break since I had nothing to do, maybe that's what changed me," he said as he jokingly flexed his arm. He had a playful expression as he looked like a child having fun.

"Doesn't a better physique help you in hockey?" I asked as I looked at him for an answer.

"It does help," he leaned in closer to me as he grabbed my chair to forcefully turn my body his way. I sucked in a breath as I wasn't expecting it. His face was so close and I took this as my chance to examine his moles, it laid out on his face beautifully.

"I was wondering if you could attend hockey practice today," he said as he stared deeply into my eyes. Words had been knocked out of me and I just stared at his dazing eyes.

"I- I have to see," I replied as he released his grip on the chair with a smirk, clearly knowing what he had done. I felt my cheeks burning hot as I gulped, looking everywhere but Sunghoon.

"Let me know... soon," he said as he turned his attention to the rest of class. I regained my sanity as I took this as a chance to pay back.

"Why? Down bad to see me?" I asked teasingly, I was now leaning closer to him, a smirk evident on my face.

"I am," he answered, leaving me stunned with his direct words. Is this a joke? What has gotten into him this year?

He leaned in closer to me, making me back up, how the tables have turned.

My eyes were wide and filled with shock as I just looked up at his eyes. His hands made its way to my cheek, grabbing it and pulling on it.

"Cute," Sunghoon murmured under his breath. He took a good look at my face before letting go of my face and turning his attention to the teacher who had now entered the class, prepping for a simple introduction on the first day back to school.

Is this guy flirting with me right now? WHAT IS THIS BEHAVIOR SIR?

I nudged his shoulder and he turned his face to look at me.

"What was that for?" I asked in a hushed voice, making sure the teacher didn't hear us talking. She was taking roll calls, checking off missing students and greeting the ones who were here.

"What was it for?" he asked back, this dude knows what he did, he's just playing with me. He knows the effect he has on me, doing all this and making me flustered.

"Why did you pinch my cheeks?" I asked again, clearly stating my question so he knew what I was talking about.

"Like this?" he reached up to my cheeks again, pinching it and making my head shake side to side.

"Oi, that hurts," I said as I rubbed my cheeks, glaring at him in the process.

He covered his mouth with his arms, stifling in a laugh.

"Aera," the teacher called, making both of our heads shoot up forward, scared we would get in trouble for talking.

"I- uh- here," I said as the teacher moved on to calling the other students.

I let out a sigh as I glanced at Sunghoon, who was still laughing from the situation.

"STOP LAUGHING PARK," I whisper-yelled at him, hitting the back of his head. He rubbed the back of his head as he looked at me, a wide smile on his face, not caring whether he got hit or not.

This guy had no right to look that good right now.
