I hope you find a good use for the crocheted items. I can't understand why you want 2 kilos of iron-on beads, but I guess you're bored? 😂
Do you have enough thread to noodle these together? Do you need anything apart from the stuff I'm looking for right now?
I've found the book you asked about in the meantime: it's from the Public "Kaiser Wilhelm"- libary. It goes without saying that I can't send it to your cozy cell! I'll keep looking, but I'm not holding out much hope. If worst comes to worst, I'm gonna exceed the date of issue and copy it myself. But that will take time, as you can imagine.
Unfortunately, the "Stories and Theories of Magic" are rather hard to come by, especially since you wanted a treatise that predates the first "Magsikon" as much as possible. After all, we're talking about 1580 here. FIVE-TEEN-HUNDRED AND EIGHTY! 😱 I believe there is an edition from 1699, and the last edition of that should have been in 1892. So we're in the antiquarian book trade here! So keep your greasy chips fingers off the book when I've found it and bought it for a reasonable price! 😡
I've included snacks from ot.ATOM, as well as the paper and writing utensils. Other than that, I have to report you first that I have a new job. I'm not earning significantly more, but at least it's ONE job now and not 2 half jobs! That stressed me out more anyway and cost me unnecessary time rushing from one job to the next. I'm now 6 months in. Just in case the other letter, where I glossed over this fact has "disappeared"... 😑
I work in the cafeteria opposite the university, where the big library is. Café Friedrich is the name of the place. The smell of brand new books everywhere. And coffee and cake. I always throw the rolls in the oven and have to keep thinking that you can probably do better with your talent than that old witch-burner, lol.
I get something to eat and a big coffee during my shifts, lol! I really love it here! If I get another appointment for visiting hours, I'll bring a slice. Strawberry cake, with fresh strawberries! Or one of those greasy buttercream slices you're so into. I hope that's still the case. Not that I'll get that thing and you'll have a similar change of taste as you did with the caramel bomb, lol.
I get along with my colleagues here, I think. Most of the time I do the shifts on my own anyway, either early or in the evening. SO I am my own best co-worker, lol.
Occasionally the owner comes by and "helps", if you know what I mean. There are also some regular customers here, like this Otto- type of a person, for example, who wants to give me the right change but always gives me the wrong amount. Sometimes a full 5 kuranz coins over the actual amount. I don't get it. Who does that? I mean, him, appearently, but still...
Logically, I've continued to pay your bills, even if I can't cover some of your extra stuff for a while due to the change. I figured you'd rather have your dinky cell than 400 MB/h of space telepathy to your clamshell box and MovieThis subscription. Anyway, you now have 150 MB/h and 50 MB/h at night. I can only send you 30 GoldMarks (apart from the usual 30 GoldMarks for laundry and the like) for vending machine snacks and so on to your debit card, as yours and my "semester fees" are due again 😶. I'm just in "rapture" at the thought of it! Ugh!
If the replacement cable I sent works with your plastic block of console, hit me up. I don't know when you'll be reading this, but just write me. You're flexible in jail, 😂. I'd love to balance on the wire with you again, it's just been far too long since the last time we played together some games. I miss the time when we could play games. I also play Towers of Midgard, which is pretty much the only thing I allow myself in my free time when I'm not raking in the cash again.
