I yearn to hear your voice
telling me I'm utterly wrong.
My arguments, foolish words
That you twist in your favour.
You laugh and relish in your triumph,
convinced once more that you are the victor.
Naïve heart of mine,
haven't you realized it yet.
Just hearing your voice
is enough victory for me.
