If I were granted a choice
Or perhaps a single wish,
I would have you all with me
Arguing like the good old days. But I know each of us had to choose,
And too hard the choices were.
We did what we thought would be best
And we all went different ways. But despite the path being long,
And cruel the distance, indeed,
The bonds we’ve forged have endured
Beyond time, space, and grief. One day we shall meet again,
Finding our way back home.
On that day we’ll all embrace
And my wish will be fulfilled.
